Just received my laptop back in exactly the same packaging as it went out in, clearly they have done absolutely nothing. They sent me a fake report saying it had passed all tests and claiming that I didn't reply asking for further information, total rubbish. Avoid at all costs

Our HDMI packed up on a gaming laptop purchased 14 months ago. Bent pin likely caused my mishandling from our side rather than being of noticeable low quality, however Medion agreed to have it shipped to them at their cost and inspected. DPD guy turned up with a very robust box, and took it away the next day. After they had had it a couple of days I got a message to say it was being returned to me, so checked in on what the deal was and they had opted to replace the entire motherboard under warranty. It got shipped back to me within 7 working days of having opened the claim - Not a penny paid. The service from Carlos, Maria, Matthew and the engineer that services it was faultless - It's back with me and going strong - No loss of data, or service damage or anything else I was nervous about!

I don't mind admitting was hesitant to purchase a Medion due to the bad feedback about customer services, and expected the HDMI port was gone forever... But honestly, these guys were amazing. Not had such good, prompt customer service for many years on electronics goods. Sad to hear others may not have experienced the same, but just remember to treat the service guys like humans beings too - They are there to help you and it'll be a lot nicer for everyone if you're courteous to them!

Don’t do it. Bought a new gaming laptop via Amazon. It died after about 15 hours of use. Despite reporting 3 days ago have had no response whatsoever. Fortunately I purchased via Amazon who have agreed to refund. I appreciate that things sometimes go wrong, but that’s when customer service should come into play. I don’t know what’s wrong with the laptop but it isn’t down to the power supply. The fully charged battery also not responding. Perhaps an internal fuse, but really, 15 hours or so use?

I purchased a medion gaming laptop from very. It had all the specs I needed and thought that it would be great. More fool me. The screen died after a year and they wanted £300 to replace.... seriously?? Then the keyboard started to miss letters and starts to type by itself. You cannot even get the spares to change it as they have ceased production on them. The worst ever laptop and company. It had an older graphics card than what was advertised. I cannot afford to replace it so I am left with a useless piece of plastic. Gutted to say the least

purchased a MEDION 52" tv from aldi,about a year ago,and after the year started to be troublesome ,including turning it's self on overnight and turning it's self off when watching,after many hours found out how to claim on the extended warrenty and did so,after several agreed dates we had another delivered,but within weekswe had the same problems on the second tv,same model,similar problems, with the addition of thesound not always working,recieved a two paragraph statement in a letter detailing manydifferent ways to get the tv to work again,which i knew as i had "been therebefore" and when i contracted them i suggested that this model/size had software/hardware problems and therefore i would be prepared to pay extra to upgrade to another size/model.thiswas rejected and thet said they would only consider this option if the third tv went the same way ?
onthe 10th march they said they would be in touch within 48hrs,todate the 23rd they didn't so went back to aldi and they now say that they ran out of stock,and they would be intouch today,we will see.
in short go to anelectrical shop for electric goods,buying thro a third party hasn't worked for me,or others if you check other reviews.

Do not buy if there is no service and customer support in your country !!! They sell in many countries but does not provide service in most of them...Also you can not apply even to ask them for support online. Their web online contact forms does not accept zip code from other countries. UK site accept just UK zip codes, German site - just German zip codes, etc. Also I can not understand why is compulsory to provide zip code when they have your address written there !? ...in order to ask a question, but anyway. Most probably the statistics are more important then customer support and satisfaction. So sorry guys, if you do not live and you have no local zip code, you could not ask them even a question...forget for any help and support.

Brand new Medion Erazer gaming notebook P15

Straight out of the box cpu is in at 70 C in idle.
crank the fans to max (the sounds like a plain taking off) still the same.

After a few hours of use it crashed several times.

Sound is better off turned off because its so bad.

Upon further inspection seen that received a laptop with a battery with a dent on it.

Decided to look inside to upgrade, after removing the 20 odd screws that hold the back plate (ridiculous) its clear and apparent the poor quality materials.

Attempting to return...

Great customer service. I had a problem with my medion x25 (possibly bios issues) and I was sent a new laptop within a week of me sending mine.

When my overlocker developed a fault a year after purchase I braced myself for the usual hassle that comes with any faulty item. Not a bit of it. My call was answered swiftly, details of the fault were taken and a collection (including a box) was arranged. Within 5 days of the fault I was in possession if a replacement unit. Excellent communication at all stages.

I had a faulty wine cooler after 13 months and Andreea could not have been more helpful. Replacement sent out and delivered super quick. Andreea, thank you for all your help.

Absolute appalling aftersales service! Will never purchase a Medion product again!
I've been waiting on the phone for over 35 minutes now trying to arrange the collection of my faulty laptop!

Second review, laptops motherboard recently failed sent back for repair they then sent it back broken, sent back for repair and they replaced my motherboard, received the laptop & had no windows key took me 2 days to get that. One month on now my WiFi adapter has failed and no one from medion will respond to emails or answer phone, laptop cost me £1300 & it's the biggest waste of money going essentially now only useful as a dinner tray & it's 11 months old, I will now be going to trading standards & the financial ombudsman.

My Medion laptop has been returned 5 times this year, and it's still not fixed. One time it was returned with the issue I sent it back for fixed, but a new one introduced. Twice I sent it back for issues that they didn't fix and all, just 'fixed' other issues. Returned today, allegedly it's been reset but still had the same details and same issue as when it went back. So it'll go back again. What use is a 3 year guarantee when the issues are never actually fixed? The products are cheap because they just don't work I'm afraid.

Bought the medion 55" TV last February and around April a message popped up on the tv to up date the channels. So I did do but when the tv came back on the TV option had disappeared out of my menu options? So since then I can only watch the tv through a now tv stick. MEDION have been useless with helping solve my issue even though I had all the receipts and paid off my bank card with delivery to my address. NEVER will I buy a MEDION TV again.

The customer service is absolutelly dreadful, been waiting for 3 weeks for someone to come and check our washing machine. God knows how long after this they will be able to fix it, I assume a month at least. The last time i bought any Medion product, would not recommend 1/10.

I purchased a computer April 2020 to help my son with School work and to game on. It was an amazing deal. However, after just under one year of having the computer the D and E drive disappeared. We did all the checks suggested by Medion but could not retrieve them so it was sent to them to look at. This process was smooth and efficient. Apparently this needed a new hard drive which was ordered and fitted and then sent back. It did take slightly longer than needed and I did have to chase it a couple of times due to poor communication from Medion but it arrived working again ( except the keyboard light) so all was well.
Less than a year later we have encountered the same issue. So,it has now gone back to them for a second time. Again I had to chase them and was promised an email with an update but nothing. So I called again this time I’m told the work was complete and it was currently in testing. Providing it passes the tests it should be sent out no later than Monday. Alas I received no update so chased it again and have now been told the part was received broken but they are unable to tell me what part. They also can’t tell me when I might hear an update. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I am told they all know about the repair and will be in contact shortly but can’t give a date. Is this suppose to be good customer service ??? They have had it a month, can not tell me what’s wrong with it or when it might be back.Honestly the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!!

have had a 40" medion smart tv for ayear with no problem. a few months ago it was going crazy. changing chanels, switching on and off, not responding to remote. i then heard that if the aerial lead is touching the power lead it can cause these problems. separated them and no problems since.

You'll be disappointed I tell you. Good spec on the X6603 but it just didn't last long. I upgraded the ram to 16Gb and got a black screen so put the old ram back in but still black screen and unusable. The responses I get from them are £700 worth of bo***cks. Might use as an expensive dinner tray whilst digging my knife into it. Love you Medion. XXX

I used the website to raise an issue I was having with my laptop under warranty and was contacted via email very quickly. I found that all of the responses from the customer service team were very fast and helpful. Medion collected my laptop for repair, and despite warning me that it could take a couple of weeks due to delays, I had my laptop returned to me within days. Couldn't fault the service I received.
