Am Flughafen mussten wir ewig warten, bis wir zum Hotel gefahren wurden nach Abu Dhabi... waren von der Landung bis zum Hotel Capital Gate 3,5 Std unterwegs incl. der "Wartezeit" am Flughafen... waren nur 3 Tage in Abu Dhabi und erst am 2. Tag 14 Uhr sollte das Meeting mit dem arroganten, unzuverlässigen, unfähigen Herrn stattfinden... ab 13:45 haben wir gewartet und um 14:30 Uhr angerufen... er verspätet sich (angeblich im Hotel Bescheid gegeben, die wussten von nichts) um 1 Std. kam dann aber erst, nach Nachfrage unsererseits wieder, um 15:45 Uhr... der Tag war gelaufen und die geplanten Ausflüge fielen flach... der gebuchte Ausflug sollte gegen 200€ upgeradet werden, da er nicht den Erwartungen entsprach wie angekündigt, das sahen wir nicht ein und der Herr war uninteressiert, arrogant, nicht entgegenkommend und meinte "wir sehen uns eh nie wieder"... Beschwerden wurden anders dargestellt von Meeting Point und Ausreden gefunden... in Dubai und RAK sind wir dann gar nicht mehr zu einem Treffen gegangen... die Tickets/Zeitpunkt für den Burj Khalifa kamen auch so spät, dass eine gute Vorabplanung der 4 Tage in Dubai nicht möglich war... Zudem bekamen wir die Zeitpunkte für die Hoteltransfers immer so spät, dass wir an den Tagen auch nichts planen konnten... Rückflug: über Hurghada lt Internet... Meeting Point kontaktiert (davor bei Fluggesellschaft angerufen, die uns an Meeting Point verwiesen) .. sie sind nicht zuständig, kam als Antwort... was soll man da sagen... waren noch diverse andere Sachen, die schlecht waren/nicht geklappt haben... hat Haufen Geld gekostet für den schlechtesten Service, den wir je in einem Urlaub hatten... sogar das Resort in RAK empfahl uns, nicht mehr eine Reise mit "Meeting Point" zu buchen... schlecht, schlechter.. Meeting Point Dubai ist unsere Erfahrung

Avoid using this company.
I am surprised by the service/tour that they offered from Hammamet to Tunis and back.
I wanted to change the date and the tour representative Mr Walid said no, and wanted me to pay a day in advance for the trip. I said, I would pay on the departure date, but he did not agree.
Then another guest from the hotel had done the same tour earlier and said the lunch was pathetic. I did discover the same and so did many on the bus. They should have laid out a buffet instead of serving very small portions of food, and the chicken was as hard as anything. Drinks had to be purchased from water onwards.
At Carthage, I noticed another tour guide going along with the guest to explain whatever he knew, but our guide left us alone to explore. When I asked him why he did not come with us, he said every guide works differently.
Now for the cost – Mr Walid had sent me a text stating the cost to be 180 TD. On the form of the guide was written 185 TD. When I asked why this difference, he said, I don’t know, this is what I have been given and that’s it. He did not want to budge. I showed him the text message from Walid. Finally, when I got off the bus at the end of the tour, he handed me 5TD. It’s not a question of such a paltry amount but shows how you behave with customers.
I am going to Sharm el Sheikh on Tuesday. Have booked a tour to Cairo (almost 8 hr journey one way) visiting Cairo, the Factory of Papyrus, the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, Pyramids and the Sphinx of Gaza, lunch included all fees and taxes – total cost USD 70.28 – i.e., TD 218. For TD 38 extra, they are driving us 500 km plus each way compared to your 50 km – I feel, yours was a total waste and overcharged for the service provided.

Booked the Royal Desert Safari experience. We were told that we would get quad biking as well as sandboarding with the experience.

We were taken to a place where we were told we would need to pay extra for the quad biking. We were not asked prior to arriving if we wanted to, so instead wasted an hour of our day sitting around.

When we went dune bashing we seen other tourists out and were given sandboards- we were not.

When we arrived to eat our driver told us that his is where we get our dinner, camel ride, see the shows and Hana.

We thought maybe sandboarding must be elsewhere after dinner. We had to make assumptions due to not being given any information during the travel.

We were dropped back to our hotel after 9pm- we were told we would be back at 8pm so we missed out on other plans we had made due to returning late.
I asked the driver what happened to the sandboarding and he said it was where we ate. He made no mention of the sandboarding to us where we ate and then put the blame on us for missing out.

The lady at the Pullman counter told us it isn’t even included so we were given lots of incorrect information.

During our travels the driver was on his phone much of the time driving, except for the dune bashing. He was scrolling through his phone, looking at his pictures, listening to voice texts and sending voice texts.

We are incredibly frustrated that we were not given what we were told we were paying for.

Looking at the brochure, the experience that more corresponds with what we got is the Dune Dinner Safari which is 365 AED. We paid 495 AED. I asked for the difference to be refunded. They didn’t even acknowledge that in their first response and then no response after my second email to them.

Disappointed doesn't even cover it. It took an hour and quarter to pick up passengers from hotels around Hammamet, not helped by forgetting some and having to turn back. We specifically booked an ‘English’ tour but the majority of it was in French. The guide took us to places where he was obviously on commission, such as a business making perfumed oils, costing 30 Dinars a bottle, which could be bought nearby for 10.
The much-anticipated visit to Carthage was barely half an hour with the guide telling us that, apart from the Antonine baths, there was nothing here. But, of course, a visit to a cosmetics business on the way back had to be fitted in - presumably friends.
Taking a private taxi the following day around the remaining seven historic Carthage sites, revealed just how much there was to see – and how much we had been denied, given it was sold to us as primarily a trip to Carthage.
Very cleverly, the rep from Meeting Point targeted us early on our first morning before we had chance to scope options. He only visited this once throughout our stay with the sole intention of mis-selling us an expensive trip to Carthage. Never ever again, especially when there are other operators and taxi firms who presumably provide good alternatives. Our alternative was excellent. Shame on you Meeting Point. It was as awful as it was expensive.

If I could give zero I would but one is the lowest score. We booked with MUSTAFA at the LYKIA hotel.
Friendly man when you book trips - but the trips are a con. Absolute shambles. Taken places we didn’t know were included. I mean - who wants to go to a silver jewellery warehouse and be made to feel obligated and intimidated to buy something when you’ve booked a trip to see a waterfall?? All the stops conveniently had sales men waiting to make you feel uncomfortable to buy something from them. They’re all in on it.
We were told a taxi would pick us up at 6 pm, but we waited for over an hour in the rain! We booked two trips - one was a shambles. We were told Food included but it was awful - wouldn’t feed a dog it so had to buy one portion of chips and two drinks for £20! And as for wasting time at unnecessary stops - we only had an hour at the bazaar !
Second trip - didn’t happen - the bus was late - so our trip would have been shortened.
Mustfa was rude and arrogant. Called my partner and I crazy. Refused to take calls. Screamed at us on the phone and kept hanging up.
Had to get his boss and customer services to help us - initially told no refund - then told 80% and after many phone calls told 100% refund but we are yet to receive it.
If you save up hard money all year for a holiday - don’t use this company. They’re you’re best friend when booking but will wiggle out if it and become an enemy and hang up and speak Turkish and act like they don’t know English - yet perfect when booking !!
Avoid at all costs !

From the moment we were about to go through security at Hurghada Airport and our first contact with someone from Meeting Point our experience has been first class.
We were driven from the airport in a taxi, already waiting for us to our hotel in Makadi Bay as non of the other passengers on our flight were going to the same destination. Our contact 'Ramy' was spot on and helped us with several requests.
Our transfers from the hotel to our cruise boat berthed in Luxor was on time and the staff were fantastic with our luggage. Amazingly, as we were the only English speaking couple on our boat the excursion package we booked was escorted by our own personal guide. Mahmoud Abdel-Basset was the most charming man and the most brilliantly knowledgable person to escort us. We also booked further excursions through him and on our last action packed day in Luxor, we had an early morning balloon trip which was amazing, visited the temples of Luxor and Karnak and had a horse and carriage trip through Luxor. Ending, what was a spectacular holiday. Mahmoud was waiting for us at every port when we arrived and on one occasion spent the night on board with us. Meeting point are very lucky to have him on their team.

30.10.23 Mit 5 vor Flug von DD nach AYT, Türkei,
Nach Ankunft über 1 Std. mit ca 8 Gästen im Transferbus von FTI auf die Abfahrt warten, obwohl keine weiteren Gäste gekommen sind. Beim Aussteigen am Hotel wurden wir vom unfreundlichen Busfahrer zum Trinkgeld genötigt.
Auch bei der Rückfahrt am 20.11.23 war der Busfahrer unhöflich, weil er evtl. nicht genügend Trinkgeld bekommen hat. Er knallte alle Koffer heftig auf die Straße. Man sollte dieser Bettelei seitens der Firmen besser entgegentreten und die Fahrer besser bezahlen, damit sie nicht noch betteln müssen.
FTI hat meine Reklamation bestätigt aber and

Anfangs hat man Vertrauen und freut sich über Infos und gute Tipps für die Aktionen die im Urlaub gerne gemacht werden. Die von unserem Reiseleiter angebotenen Tipps haben sich als nicht zutreffend erwiesen und das in mehreren Fällen.
Da es uns viel Geld gekostet hat, sind wir da sehr unzufrieden.

Die folgende Bewertung bezieht sich auf Meeting Point Turkey Antalya:
Ziemlich guter Ausflug (Mountain Warriors) mit supernettem Busfahrer (5 Sterne von uns, hat wirklich viel Spaß gemacht), aber der Privattransfer zum Flughafen für 60 EUR zum selben Abfahrtszeitpunkt wie der normale Shuttlebus und dann auch noch mit erzwungenem Halt bei einem völlig überteuerten Touristenmarkt ohne Hinweis bei der Buchung, das kann man sich wirklich komplett sparen (NULL Vorteil!). Schade!

We explained to him that we wanted to go on a boat trip that we had looked at which was the Mega Diana. We explained that the four of us wanted a relaxing day laying on sunbeds whilst visiting the swim stops etc. He told us NOT to use the mega Diana as it was really bad now and that he knew of a much better boat. He insisted that the boat would be great for me as I’m in a wheelchair and have mobility issues. He also advised that they offer a vegetarian lunch option and asked if omelette was ok. I said that would be fine.
So, after being told to meet at 9am for this £35 each all inclusive boat trip, he then moved the time to 9.15.
Ok, we thought no big problem.
We get to what looks like one of the oldest boats on the marina, MonteCarlo.
Being later meant that people had already bagged the best loungers but not only that, there was no way that I would have been able to climb the old steep stairs to get to the sun loungers. Our friends went upstairs and managed to find two loungers left which were together and not broken.
Myself and my husband stayed downstairs and had to sit in the shaded picnic table area for the day. The wooden benches have a lip which digs into your legs and have a plastic cushion. There was no vegetarian option, they just give you more of the salad and pasta. Both sadly were not nice at all. And you get a chunk of dry bread.
We asked for rum and coke, no rum.
Asked for whiskey and coke, no whiskey. Asked for gin and tonic, no tonic!
You can have chips at extra cost and ice creams at extra cost.
The actual staff on the boat are nice and it’s not their fault that we were completely mis-sold a boat trip that was neither appropriate or that good!
So please do your own research on the trips and not get fooled into parting with your cash for a complete lemon just because the rep gets commission!
We have spoken to the rep, obviously once they have your money they don’t really care but we shall be taking it further. The day was a complete let down.
Update: still waiting to see the Manager of meeting point to discuss issues as we keep being fobbed off!!

Der Mann von meetingpoint in Sharm El sheikh ist wirklich eine Mann die sein Wort nicht Einhalt. So oft wird abgemacht dass er mich zurück rufen sollte, um ein Problem zu klären, aber nicht gemacht. Am letzte Tag von Urlaub, sagte er einfach. Ich kann es niet klären, Sie müssen ein Taxi nehmen!! Wirklich unverschämt!!! Nie wieder mit Meeting Point fti!!!!!!

We booked our transfers through these. When we arrived at 7pm we was told that our bus would leave by 8pm instead it left at 9pm and we didn't get to our hotel until 10.30pm. Then the day before we came back we had to chase them up for the time of our return transfer. After numerous emails back and forth. Which you don't want to be doing on your last day of ur holidays. They sent a confirmation email that we was to be picked up at 7am. The transfer didn't turn up and after waiting for 25mins and numerous calls to a phone number that just kept ringing.we had to get a taxi and incur further expenses. Stay away from this company They are un professional and don't care about their customers.

wir haben über bravofly einen Privattransfer vom Flughafen Antalya zum Hotel in Side gebucht und nach einer Woche wieder zurück. Wir bekamen eine detaillierte Bestätigung, wo wir uns nach der Ankunft zu melden hätten und dass der Fahrer eine Stunde wartet.
Wir mussten ellenlang auf das Gepäck warten und ich ging deshalb schon mal nach Draussen und wollte den Fahrer benachrichtigen. Ich schaute nach einem Fahrer mit einer Tafel mit meinem Namen Ausschau und fand natürlich keinen. Ich fragte dann einen dieser Männer, welcher mich an einen Schalter von Meeting Point verwies. Mein Fehler!!! Auf der Bestätigung war ganz genau geschrieben, dass ich mich am Schalter 42 zu melden hätte. In Antalya gibt es beim Ausgang eine lange Reihe mit Schaltern von diversen Anbietern. Ich ging dann an den betreffenden Schalter und die Dame beruhigte mich, der Fahrer werde ganz sicher warten, ich müsse keine Angst haben. Als wir endlich unser Gepäck hatten, gingen wir wieder zurück an den Schalter. Uns wurde umgehend ein Voucher mit der Nummer unseres Fahrers ausgehändigt. Wie überrascht waren wir, als wir einen luxuriösen Van vorfanden mit extrem viel Platz, mit je 3 gegenüberliegenden Ledersitzen, Bar, ausgestattet vom Feinsten. Auch die gebuchte Rückfahrt, wieder mit einem edlen Van klappte bestens. Der Fahrer erschien pünktlich.
Der Preis war übrigens günstiger als wenn wir mit dem Taxi gefahren wären.

- Booked tours were more expensive than the price other particiants paid for the same tour..
- We booked an English tour, but then there were so many Russian participants from other hotels that the most part of the our was in Russian..
- We booked a tour where a boat trip was included. We got the information on the tour that the trip will not take place. But we didn't get back the money back for this. After long complaining we got back 5 EUR per person.. we were so angry

Schlechte Beratung, schlechte Ausflüge, kein bisschen kulant. Mussten sehr krank noch zum Arzt rennen um ein Attest zu holen, weil die Stornierung nicht akzeptiert wurde.
Kusadasi, Palm Wings Beach Hotel

Bardzo źle podejście do klienta już od samego początku ropczecia urlopu.
Kontak z rezydentem bardzo słaby wszystko trzeba było samemu załatwić w czasie pobytu. Ceny z wycieczki bardzo duże a niewiel można zobaczyć. Nie polecam latać z tego biura zwłaszcza do Dubaju.

FTI und Meetingpoint haben 325€ abgerechnet für „Dubai City Tour“ kombiniert mit „Dubai bei Nacht“ für meine Tochter (16) und für mich.

Folgendes wurde geboten:
- Blick von der Stadtbahnhaltestelle auf der Palme auf das Hotel Atlantis (absoluter Witz, was soll sowas? Angepriesen wurde es als „Blick über „the Palm“).
- Fahrt zum „Almumayyaz“ Juwelier-Abzockeladen, bei dem man was zu trinken erhält und permanent von Mitarbeitern bedrängt wird, Schmuck und Diamanten zu kaufen.
- Fahrt zum Gewürzmarkt, bei dem einem gleich im ersten Laden Gewürze (besonders Safran) und Tee/Süßigkeiten aufgedrängt werden und gleich gesagt wird, dass andere Geschäfte deutlich schlechtere Ware anbieten. Die Betreiber des Ladens sind sehr gute Freunde des Reiseleiters, das sagt schon alles.
Nach dem Besuch des Ladens kann man 1 Stunde über den Basar spazieren. Unsere Reisegruppe schwitzte dann 45 Min am öffentlichen Toilettenhäuschen, bevor der Bus zurückkam.
-Also schon 3 Programmpunkte, die gestrichen werden können
- dann Burj Khalifa, was natürlich beeindruckend war und sicherlich auch ohne Reisegruppe gut geklappt hätte.
- 2 Stunden Zeit in der Dubai Mall und beim Dubai Fountain-Spektakel, wobei man 15 Min später am Treffpunkt sein musste.
- Schifffahrt durch Dubai Marina mit Abendessen, was gut war.

Alles in allem würde ich für den Preis abraten, diese Tour zu buchen.
Meine Tochter und ich sind am nächsten Tag mit dem Taxi nach Downtown gefahren und haben uns alles angesehen, was die Tour von FTI/Meetingpoint nicht geboten hat.

Catastrophique..si vous souhaitez perdre votre journée,votre argent ainsi que gâcher vos vacances allez y.sino a fuir absolument...meeting point hurghada est une équipe d'escroc qui n est intéressée que par votre argent, votre satisfaction ne les importe pas.d autres touristes viendront de toute façon. Expérience horrible avec une vraie bande d'escrocs et de voleurs
