DONT TRUST THEM
I was easily able to make deposits what so ever but coincidentally after I submitted a request for withdrawal that’s where the circus started. DONT TRUST THEM. I sent my document verifications identity, they got approved after days, my account was opened again, less than 5 hours later they block my account AGAIN, asking for MORE documents, I give it to them, they state it takes 72 hours maximum on their website but it has been way longer and they are still not letting me access my account, take my money, or approve the documents that won’t take longer than a second. They copy paste responses, are holding my money, and despite being so patient with them as this has been over 10 days, they are still very SLOW. I wonder if I’ll ever get my money I’ll make sure to leave updates for you guys and change my review if needed.
Edit: the documents were clear, and nothing was wrong with them, they were sent over 100 hours ago, and I haven’t heard back since, so please spare me the formality and all that non sense when in reality you have no excuse for the long wait times.

Dear players,
Please be aware while opening an account. When you’re still an active player, they treat you like a royalty and with a lot of respect, but once you have to sort something out with them, they won’t solve your problems! They don’t care about you anymore. Please see through the way they treat you when you’re losing. When they have to pay you, they do everything in their power to prevent that from happening or just simply ignore you.
I’m already waiting for 4 weeks on an update on my case. Every time, I get the same answer: ‘The relevant department is looking into it, please stay patient.’
I’m really tempted to take MegaRush to court, hoping they might take me serious at that point, because they certainly don’t do so now.
Edit after MegaRush’s response:
They state that they informed me many times on the case. That’s not true, the answer is the same every time. Issues with the relevant department every time. Enough is enough. MegaRush isn’t even allowed to make players wait 4 weeks for a solution. I don’t want apologies, I want solutions. That’s the one thing they don’t provide me with.
Second edit: ‘We can assure you that we treat the same way customers active playing and those who unfortunately left our service.’ - Not true! I was treated very differently when I was still using MegaRush.
‘MegaRush wants to ensure that its players gamble in a responsible manner. It is of paramount importance to us that gaming is comfortable and does not cause harm.’ - This is far from true. MegaRush doesn’t care about their (ex) players, you only care about making profits, and don’t care if you harmed the player.
‘We do know your case and many times we informed you about the case escalations and internal processes.’ - Also not true. There weren’t any escalations or updates, nothing has happened in those 4 weeks. They don’t come to you directly, you have to ask them for an update, and they always give you the same answers:
- ‘I'm very sorry you had this experience with us.’
- ‘I'm really sorry that you had this experience with us and I wish to somehow change it.’
- ‘I think that only thing what we can really do now is to wait.
I know you've been so patient already.’
- ‘You know that unfortunately, I cannot affect the timeframes on this so we can now only wish for a fast reply.’
These responses are all simply copied from the last chat I had with them. They don’t try to solve anything, they don’t care about you as a player. Never ever play here!
Third edit: They won’t even chat with me anymore, they just open and close the chat and aren’t cooperating at all. Be aware. The good reviews are from satisfied customers on invitation who probably received a bonus or something.
