Excellent product and service. I have been using the hand drill machine for couple of years now and love it. It’s quiet and super smooth. Had some questions which were answered promptly by customer service. Highly recommended!!!!

Great customer service!

I purchased a drill in 2020 which works intermittently as the attachment has to be in a specific position for it to work, after less than 100 uses as I mostly use hand filing. I contacted melodysusie who after initially reviewing my video sent a dismissive reply since I gave the wrong Amazon order by mistake. Since then I’ve contacted them 3 times and there is no reply after over a week. I’ve also dm’d on their U.K. Instagram and no response. Even though the item is out of warranty I’d expect some level of response or advice or support. This is thankfully the only time I’ve contacted them and this service is shocking. They only seem to be interested in supporting with products purchased within the warranty window and are dismissive of their longer standing customers. Again, I’m not expecting a replacement item, but advise on how to fix the issue or how to purchase replacement parts is better than completely ignoring contact.

My order arrived perfectly. The support team is just incredibely nice and so careful with your package and delivery !

The products are of amazing quality. But what impressed me even more was the excellent customer service. I needed to claim the warranty on a product and the team immediately responded so kindly and sent a replacement. 100% would recommend this brand!

Greenwashing runs deep with this company. Ordered on march 17th reached out to them in the 28th. It’s now April.
6-12 shipping is a lie. I still don’t have my package. I didn’t want to order off of Amazon so I figured why not go right to the website. Oder off of Amazon you’ll get your order. I’m fighting them right now for a refund. As a small business myself I con’t spend a ton of money on things that won’t show up. After some research I learned that the polish I ordered isn’t even Hema free. Makes me wonder if they actually “ Climb the mountains went into the depths of the rainforest” to find natural pigments for their floweree Polish. On top of that, they manufacture, store and ship everything from China. And as a resolution for my package being late, they wanted to send me sand bands. One time use product that just goes into the landfill. As a business who really tires to be sustainable, I thought I had found a sustainable company. And that was a lie altogether. After this experience, I will no longer be using this brand. I’ll be selling all my drills and equipment off.

I love these products and the customer service is exceptional, I hurt my polishing machine and every day I had a new one at home.

I have owned melody susie e-files for years, when it was time to upgrade I chose a light and e-file bundle. When the product arrived there was a battery issue and I reached out. Melody Susie immediately helped me get an exchange sorted out and I already have the new functioning light. I am so happy with the brand and all of my experiences using these products. Thank you!

MelodySusie…where do I start!? The service was excellent. UPSS had misplaced my package & informed them. They sent a replacement. Not only was the product great, but how they handled the situation was beyond my expectation. I will definitely shop again.

I recently received a faulty product with the new Nail Dryer. For some reason it wouldn’t turn on and when plugged in it gave a 88 code. I reached out to the customer support team and my issue was fixed swiftly. I received my new nail drying in the mail maybe a little less than a week. It’s in great condition and works perfectly. I can say this is the very first issue that I’ve had with any of MelodySusie products, and I greatly appreciate the way my problem was handled. The team did a great job and I love all the products that I’ve purchased thus far.

Originally, i had boughten a jade e drill. Super pretty, but the latch for unlocking was stuck. Very hard to open and close. Upon emailing MelodySusie. They were very quick, responsive and helpful. Within a week i had a replacement. This is the kind of service and professionalism we need as consumers. Spend your money where it’s appreciated! Thanks

I have purchased many things from melody and one of them arrived broken. I contacted support and they sent me a new one within minutes, they were responsive and asked me if it had arrived and if everything was ok. Excellent service and excellent products
