Like my new ring. It's the third ring I bought from Mene, and quality of craftsmanship visibly improved. Few things I want to address, weight and size.
At order price was calculated for weight of 11.67 g, actual weight received (certificate of authenticity) 11.2 g. I think almost .5 g overpay hurt costumers wallet and company credibility. In my opinion, price should be recalculated for final product.
Size - with 3 rings I ordered none came with right size.

Thank you for making beautiful works of art into jewelry pieces we all can wear. Pure metals no mixed metal junk. At a price point that is affordable! I love my 24k ankh will proudly wear it for life!

Mene is more than a company with great customer service. It is a culture of service that makes you feel like you are back in 1925 and just pulled up a the Monte Carlo Casino in a Rolls Royce driven by a private driver and the door is opened by a butler waiting on your every whim. I know of no other company with better customer service in 2025. Not for cars, food and beverage, hospitality, nothing; and Mene is just a jewelry company.

That is just the service though, and for that alone, the products are worth the roughly 30% premium of the price of the metals. This premium is transparent by the way and well worth each and every cent.

Next, the quality of the gold and platinum is unmatched by anything else in the world. I have travelled to Dubai, and India, and all around the world, and no where on planet Earth is there a better 24 karat gold or PT.999 platinum jewelry. Personally, I love them both, and when I really love a piece I buy it in both gold as well as platinum. Depending on the outfit, you can make one color or the other accentuate your look best.

Mene is a stellar company, with an incredible team, and no, they did not pay me a dime to write this review if you are wondering. I am just a long time fan who appreciates the finer things in life. If you do too, give Mene a try, you will not regret it.

But hey, if for some reason you do, they will make it right every single time.

Their response times are consistently slow, often taking anywhere from hours to days to get back to me. Despite my prompt replies, including responding to their emails within minutes, they still take several hours to acknowledge my communication. Whether I call, live chat, or email, I’m met with delays, and the entire process is characterized by prolonged back-and-forth exchanges.

The pendant absolutely beautiful! Just as described

I’ve dealt with MENE once before, loved my order. Recently I ordered a pendant from them. Just got back in town from a trip and it’s been about 2 weeks since it was initially delivered- opened the box and was shocked. The pendant is literally half the size in real life as it looks in pictures - it’s literally smaller than a dime. Pics are doctored on their site. Very very disappointed. This Gemini pendant looks like something you’d gift a baby!

The object is very beautiful and corresponds well to the description but unfortunately I cannot rate it better in relation to the absolutely catastrophic delivery service. How a company that calls itself serious like "mene" can choose a delivery service as catastrophic as Fedex, it's not serious. Your company should check the quality of the shipping service even if it doesn't come from them directly.

They don't tell you the actual width on the website or when my product arrived of my chain. It came in person more thin that I wanted. I complained, they are now telling people about the widths of chains. But not before charging me over 400 dollars for a "restock fee"

My 24 K, 27.68 grams, Figaro Chain is a beautiful work of designed art, that will always, at the very least, hold its value. It has a discretion about it, but adds elegance. I love Mene’s ethics and transparency. Their customer service is fab!

Excellent customer service and very reliable company.

Ordered a bracelet as a gift for Christmas. It was too big. I asked to be able to return it and the lady in the chat said yes I had 7 days to request the return. They sent me the return label. Then another lady emailed me and said they were going to charge the 10% buyback fee and the only thing they could do is give me credit. Terrible return policy. Mene responded. Yes that's their terrible return policy.

Everything worked as advertised! The product was excellent and the presentation was excellent! My wife loved it!

I would like to start off by saying thank you for making my purchase easy. The packaging was nice and discreet. I love that Mene wrapped the chain in a nice box with a ribbon. My only negative thought was that the image on your website is misleading. The Mene Narrow Chain looks like it’s a bit bigger on the website and when my girlfriend opened it up on Christmas Day, the chain looked like the size of some Reach Floss.

Ordered the crucifix pendant and narrow chain for my wife and we both love the way it looks. Will definitely be ordering more for Mene.
