Just signed up and the customer services is top notch. It is a Saturday and I got in contact with Dax in minutes, very helpful and resolved my issue (which could have taken days), within the hour.

I had a 100K challenge that I purchased last month. Long story short, I had a hard breach due to being caught between news and slippage.
Obviously I was not happy with that outcome and came on here to leave a review.
Anton was respectful in replying to me, explaining what Mentfunding offers as a product and what we as traders should be mindful of in certain trading conditions.
Once again, thank you for taking the time and addressing my concerns.
Regarding the mentfunding as a prop firm, there are no hidden rules, what you see is what you get and I think traders need this kind of transparency, especially in an industry where there are so many scams.

Great customer support experience and easy to use platform.

I’ve been trading with Ment Funding since june 2023. I had very little issues so far due to platform migration etc that customer support solved immediately.
When you need support they are there for the trader

Ment Funding is an amazing prop firm, the trading dashboard is very nice and easy to handle.
I joined the mentfx mentroship 2 years ago after having a few mentors before, I finally learned how to become a consitent trader and started to realy understand how markets move. after a lot of learning and backtesting I'm on my challenge to get my funded account and work together with this amazing firm.

Platform is user friendly, tech support is top notch. Just working on my evaluation stage right now, so far it's a great experience. Will recommend for serious traders.

For anyone in Australia affected by the withdrawal of MT4 by MENT, ie using EAs and unable to trade now…you can jump on the back of my ACCC report..just reference 0016666409 … lodge on the ACCC website … in Australia misleading and deceptive conduct is investigated by the ACCC so the more reports they receive the more likely they will address them (whether they are in another jurisdiction or not)

Anton - you haven’t delivered what I ordered, ie MT4, so you should stand by that and refund all accounts. To brush off a major change such as the trading environment your clients use as if it’s your client’s issue (and then call your clients weird) just demonstrates that you’re in it for the cash grab. You didn’t deliver what you said you would so take accountability for that and rectify the situation.

Edit: The regulations around trading in the US is the reason Metaquotes has pulled MT4. You would have known that you are operating outside the regulatory environment as a prop business. Now Metaquotes has done something about it you think you’re not a scam? Then you replace Metaquotes with frankly the worst trading environment I’ve seen because they are the only software provider that will work with you. As a client your conduct as a business is appalling and to top it off you say your client is bribing you…please. I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company, Anton just wants to take your money and deliver a low grade product with no features.

Further edit: the broker pulled MT4 because this business doesn't comply with regulations in the US. The right thing to do for the business owner is to comply with the regulations or refund people their money.

Best Prop Firm out there hands down. Pays you out for withdrawals and they come within the same day. Mentfx has changed my mindset about trading and has brought a lot of structure to it. Can’t wait to keep growing
