The motability salesperson Joanne was so friendly and knowledgeable about the e Vitara. Nothing was too much bother and she made the transfer of the change over of vehicles very smooth and easy. She made me feel like a valued and important customer , which is not always the case in some mobility dealerships. Would highly recommend Joanne and the suzuki e Vitara .

Collected my car today, I dealt with Pat for the sale of the car who was absolutely brilliant staying in constant contact with me the whole time from looking to view the car, to signing for it, right up to driving it out of the lot. Made the whole process as easy and stress free as possible. Also to Paul who dealt with the finance part of it who was just as great as Pat and made the whole process easy and stress free and even threw in a Leeds United top which my wee lad absolutely loved. Id totally overlooked my appointment to have the car serviced. I received a very polite call from Victoria who reminded me and was waiting for me when I arrived with the car, all paperwork already sorted😊👍. Traded in a petrol car for a pair of used EVs; Pat and Tom were patient with our questions and kindly held the reserve on the cars for longer than the usual 24h.
We’re very pleased with the cars after a week of use - so far so good. Was impressed with their responsiveness and the personal video walk arounds are a nice touch. They did us a good deal on the two and the trade-in and we’re grateful for that and their patience coming to an agreement.

Full honesty - the only reasons I haven’t given 5 stars is that the battery health certifications weren’t out in front (could even be on the advert like other dealers have); we had to ask for these - could do with being a bit more prepared on that front as that’s critical for used EVs (especially since there was a week between reserving them and test drive - adequate time to have these ready!). Also it’s worth pointing out straight away that the offered warranty covers EVs with a one-liner rather than noting all the many many ICE features it covers 😉

Additionally, despite filling in a scratch on the Zoe as requested, when we picked it up it had scuff/scrape marks where there weren’t previously when we test drove (hopefully these will just buff out). I didn’t mention it at the time because we couldn’t really stick around to get them sorted but would have been nice to have them looking as good as possible on collection..!

But, all in all, very happy; thanks again lads!
