I ordered a stainless steel splashback
I ordered a stainless steel splashback. It was cut to size perfectly and delivered on time. However, the packaging left a lot to be desired and the courier said that it was the worst he'd ever had to deal with. While the long edges had reinforced cardboard right angle lengths along them, the ends had nothing but cheap packing tape which the sharpness of the edges had broken through. Both corners on a short end were bent and it's just fortunate that my partner used to be a metal fabricator so he was able to dress it flat again but not everyone has that advantage. I used to package stainless flue pipe, it dents and bends easily and needs a lot more protection than you'd think. The packing person needs to pay more attention to the edges and corners.

They did what they said they would do. It's pretty simple, but just that puts you ahead of 90% of the people out there. Shouldn't be like that but there it is. Just keep doing what you say you'll do.

Distinct Lack of communication
I have had no helpful contact with the company, I placed an order on the 4th Sept and it said a couple of days for delivery. Now nearly a week on and I have had no updates on my order and the customer service team have not given me an update on when I will receive my order. Is this some kind of scam?

Spoke to a lovely man on the phone called James who told me that it was shipped and the curriers had lost it so they re ordered it. Things like this happen however they need to improve on letting the customer know what’s happening with their order

Simple small box iron order completed…
Simple small box iron order completed with no problems, as with previous orders. Only grouse being that the delivery costs far outweighed the cost of the steel but, it was a very small order.
