Product was good but delivery poor
Product was good but delivery was far too slow - I ordered it on a Wednesday (said to be delivered by Monday at latest) we needed it for Tuesday installation. Didn't arrive until late Wednesday!

The ordered dimensions were exact. They don't give you anything extra.t
The material was fine, the delivery was fine....but the dimensions were a little to close given the ordered sizes. By which I mean that 300mm came out a 300.2mm. I should have ordered 305mm just to have some extra.

Please accept my apologies your items were not cut square. I cannot see that you contacted us about this matter, but if you had done we would have been happy to send replacements if the cutting was not at our expected accuracy. I will email you separately regarding this.
In respect of deburring, this is not a service we offer. We cut items to length using bandsaws and undertake no further processing. No custom cut items of this type will leave us deburred.

Make sure you know what you want before ordering
Good points - customer service over the phone was good, polite and helpful. Website did not easily make clear the grade differences of stainless available. I assumed it would be polished but due to the width i wanted it was only available in mill finish, which i found out when opening the delivered product is not polished. Disappointing especially considering the cost.
