Good selection of goods, excellently packaged. Very speedy delivery.

Good selection of products, packaged carefully and dispatched promptly.

Delivery is fast and all products arrive in perfect condition.

My order arrived the second day after it was ordered.

Very easy to order, delivery arrived on time and was a great surprise for my husband who used to drink Dos Equis at a Mexican restaurant and didn't think it was available anymore.
Will definitely be looking at Mexgrocer again

Great food tastes like mexico! Best tortillas available in the uk!

Great prompt delivery.
The added advice chat option looks great if ever I need it.

I'd give them no stars if I could. I ordered from them, but never received the order. Driver kept trying to deliver to the wrong house. I contacted customer service and they said they will only refund me once they receive the order back. I have NEVER dealt with company with this sort of poicly. I didn't choose the delivery company, they did.

Firstly they offer a brilliant range if genuine Mexican food and drinkd which are hard to source elsewhere plus recipe books and online recipes for all of your favourite dishes. Secondly, their delivery service is super efficient. Every order I have made has been delivered expeditiously and really well packaged. Very highly recommended!

I ordered tostadas almost one week in advance for my party. The all came broken in a normal box not even with good protection. They said would send me some until next Monday after my party. Whe I ordered previous in mexican mama they even wrote fragile in the box. So never butying again from mexgrocer.

delivered as promise

I order beer all the time firm them never any issues.

Very fast delivery

Great selection of Mexican food.
Deliveries are superbly packaged, and not had an issue to date.

They are super helpful. Answered all my questions and gave me recipe ideas. My order arrived swiftly considering I'm in Northern Ireland. Highly recommended.

Nothing to show 2 weeks later despite being promised next day delivery. Initially helpful when I questioned this, got an out of office reply when I wrote the second time asking for a refund, 15 days after ordering. Not sure where the issue lies but that's beside the point, I'd planned to use this stuff! Thankfully a small order, but a shame as I was excited by the prospect of being able to source some really hard to find ingredients here in London. Buyer beware.

Quick delivery and efficient service. Wide range of products with a user-friendly website
