No pictures for listings, the prices are god awful for what your offering, nothing has been updated in a long while, so far I would never use this service ever.

MHVillage.com is user friendly for retailers and consumers as far as I can tell. I work for Reybold Manufactured Homes and have sold two properties from direct exposure via MHVillage.com. My company will continue using them for marketing.

Clients won't trust companies that either fail to keep there prices accurate due to incompetence or as a bait and switch strategy.

We listed our mobile home about three or four weeks ago. So far, we have not received any calls or emails generated from this listing. I was on the site trying to reduce the price, and it appears I have to re-enter all of the information. I have emailed customer service, and hopefully they will respond soon with some help. So far, we are very disappointed in our listing with MHVillage.

We have been using MHVillage for over 15 years. They offer a wealth of information and help with all things related to "manufactured housing". They offer a wide variety of options for advertising, financing, home values etc... We are very pleased with the service!!

Outstanding customer service! We listed our mobile home park several years ago, Jutkofsky's Court LLC, the representative gave us excellent ideas on how to update our community listing (a few I'm still working on :). We've also sold a home, as a result of the suggestions. Thank you for this super economical way to list our community and homes for sale.

I thought it was so easy to list and got my house sold at full price. The new owner saw it on this site. I liked everything about the experience!

Great platform, easy to use and reasonable fees. Posted a home and it was sold within a week.

I gave the five star rating because I used the site for what it is meant. It is not responsible for any "scams" or bad reviews for parks or homes advertised that are not up to par. I appreciate the information provided by the entity on subject matter that is hard to find data on and use it for that. I am responsible for any other research that should be done.

I've inquired about properties for over a year and fill out the form. I never receive a return call from anyone. I found a few phone number listed on a few properties and they were already sold. What good is the website if it contains outdated information? The site should be updated on a weekly basis.I would recommend Craigslist or zillow if you want to find properties and have someone that will actually respond.

Not a bad site but the fact that so many homes are on leased land is very annoying. Leased land or HOA can range from 150 dollars to more then a 1000.

great website but there is no way to filter it so we find a mobile home park that you can own the land or a co op. we have to call each park to find out . is there a way to find those?

Website was great. Changed format on 2/19 and now all screwed up. If you look under Tropical Harbor in Lake Placid Fl. Is shows 24 homes for sale and when you go to list you get 5 homes for sale in St. Petersburg.
Now and improved it is not

Found these guys yesterday and decided to call. Scheduled a call with John Mason and to my surprise, the CEO, Darren decided to pop on a conference call.

These guys are legit, their data is absolutely insane and they spent an hour with me giving me extremely valuable insight.

Definitely looking forward to working with these guys.

This company is horrible to deal with.! I have never received such a run around from any company than this one! I don't think anyone there wants to sell a trailer they don't know where their trailers are what they have it's awful.

Total waisted of time posting my mobile home for sale, in 3 weeks I had one inquiry
When I FINALLY figured out how to contact MHV by email asking how to edit my post, I got a reply telling me how
I then log in to find my post GONE
No record of my post anywhere is my so called account
But they sure did take my money quick.
DONT EVEN WAISTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

MHVillage was easy to use and set up a listing. Provided some regular leads and activity, ultimately leading to a sale. Thank you MHVillage!
