We are a GP practice and have been with MIAB for several years. Service and support is excellent. Recently looking for insurance for a sister company and their help in sourcing has been invaluable. Ricky brought his own extra knowledge and experience to the forefront. Would fully recommend.

We have dealt with MIAB for some years for our business insurance. Yes we could have got our policy a bit cheaper elsewhere, but service has always been excellent from MIAB. Matthew has been particular helpful and efficient. i have a speech impediment and he was particularly understanding.

I have been with MIAB for a few years now and the service is personal, quick efficient and effective. Able to provide modifications to the insurance making it more efficient with greater value. Quick responses and always there if you have a question. A great service and very happy with it.

I am having a bit of trouble with a few things relating to a commercial property claim. Having gone round in circles I contacted the claims handling team and they were super helpful, especially Sarah who was amazing. Very supportive and caring service.

In 2019, I was looking for a company who could help me with my dental indemnity for practicing dentistry in NHS and Private sector, having been underwhelmed with my previous providers. I have since continued using MIAB for finding the best quote for dental indemnity each year. The continuity of prompt correspondence, helpful advice, competitive quotes I have received over the last four years in particular from Tracey Deville, has and still is outstanding. Following my first enquiry over a telephone conversation with Tracey in 2019, I received an introductory email with the attached proposal files which I was asked to complete. The email stated the key features of the policies in general (limit of indemnity, excess, unlimited use of a dento-legal helpline, etc) which is tailored to the scope of my practicing whilst choosing the best A-rated insurers available in the market. The service has always been impeccable, helpful, friendly and prompt whilst Tracey has always proved to be extremely knowledgeable and worked around my specific requirements when I needed to change roles. I would highly recommend MIAB to any other colleagues.
