I went there with Denise this afternoon and I ordered a skinny hot chocolate and she ordered a skinny cappuccino with the cake of the day but they made make a normal one not skinny milk so when I asked the lady to swap it for me she was extremely rude and abusive to me also she was extremely rude and abusive to the people next to us. I would avoid this place at all costs and I will be spreading the word to make sure nobody else goes there to be spoken to like that since it is completely unacceptable.

I've bought egg sandwiches from this Michelle's patisserie several times previously from the Chinese franchisee owner and today the Chinese bloke that previously I had bought those sandwedges from/off asked me to move from his customer tables when theres like no one around no customers around the spot where I had bought food from previously the Chinese Asian bloke came up to me and asked me to move simply because 1 time out of 8 visits I havnt bought from his store came up to me and asked me to move what an arrogant little Birdy the Chinese that own the sushi place have never asked me to move when I had different food they allow me to sit there ridiculous I'll never go here ever again what a Treat your Customers better

Only good for the cheesecake, seems like the stores are going quite downhill though

Michele’s Patisserie Macarthur Square. The owner/staff is not friendly to customers I worked there for 2 days and the boss had abused a customer for sitting down while eating her lunch while she recorded the attitude and behaviour from the owner and his reply was “Shove it up your f**king a** and continued to swear while there was customers at the front counter waiting to be served saw. Another thing I was sick with a constant bleeding nose I had to go to the bathroom a couple of times to avoid customers seeing me blow my nose and after I came back I got sent home and was told “I’m not fit for the job” yet he was abusing customers. The pay rate they were paying me was cash in hand $16 an hour for training and once training was done $18. I did 9 half hours for the 2 days I came in today to collect my pay and as the owner sat down and spoke to me they told me they weren’t going to keep me on I was fine with that as I had my other job and I felt uncomfortable on Friday from him abusing the customer I felt I didn’t need this job to only find out today he was paying me $12 and hr!!! Because he wasn’t happy with my working performance. $12! Nothing was spoken about being paid $12 until today i was robbed and ripped off by this man. I hope nothing happens like this to anyone again and for the poor customers that are mistreated by these people. I do not recommend anyone working here not even for a little bit extra cash by far the worst experience.

Usually have fresh food however last time I got Macaroons, not fresh and the sales person was rude. 4 stars because usually service is good, might have been just a one off
