Excellent service every single time I come into the store. The staff in there always offer me a brew and myself and my husband have been coming in for years. My daughter also attends one of the events in there used by the charity Scope.

Since this contract has started, I've had both good and bad experiences with office staff, some care some don't.
However, when we have staff members such as David visit to install equipment, one is blown over by the decency, the professionalism and integrity. Eager to help and deliver service excellence. I believe David, works from your Littlehamton branch.

On behalf of my wife's family I wish to give praise to Millbrook healthcare. Having rang on a Saturday ( normally closed ) with an urgent request, we had a reply straight away with immediate assistance for a hospital style bed. The gentlemen who turned up was a real star. He set up the bed in no time at all, positioned it & went through the operational procedures. Under pressure & by himself, we wish to give him as much praise as possible & in doing so hope the company will pass on our gratitude for his professional approach. This is not the first time we have used this service & on each occasion have always delivered the service you would expect, thank you.

Not turned up for the second time, no call to say it was a no show, just wasted a whole day for the second time in four days, disgraceful way to treat people

I cannot praise Millbrook's East Sussex service highly enough, and in particular their installation engineer David who helped us so brilliantly with our parents in Ferring this week.

If anyone from Millbrook Littlehampton sees this, PLEASE make sure you buy that man a drink at the Christmas party and thank him for us!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service at the Northampton branch changed my collection without any notification and changed it to tomorrow even though I had explained I couldn't do that day did they care no they didn't. Please give DONNA some training rude and unhelpful

Disgraceful service in Devon branch.
Waited all day for a collection that never happened, just put a card through an empty house! Made aware that mum had passed. Read paperwork! Arranged another collection this also didn’t happen although two phone calls assured me job still live your driver is Jordon he will be with you. Contacted head office on Tuesday … press this press that to get no answer! Rang again and chose the sales team. Spoke to a woman called Jane who I really thought was going to help me
But here I am on Friday none the wiser
Started on 10th September
Have emailed with my mob number 2 hours ago no call
Now almost 8pm Still no call so I guess that’s it till Monday!
Absolute shambles! Saturday still nothing, do a survey on millbrook web site and half hour later my phone rings finally I go to answer they put phone down didn’t even have time to say hello. Think they just phoned so they could say they did.

Wow what a terrible company, people at the end of the phone don't listen or get it right. Key safe fitted, which went wrong, so finally they came out to fit a new one, but this too was faulty, guy said it must be the whole batch and they didn't have another batch in stock, but would call when they did, he said he couldn't remove it as it would damage the wall. They didn't seem bothered the carers couldn't get in, so we brought our own and fitted it. Then asked them to come and remove the faulty one. A guy visited brought a silly screwdriver to prize it off the wall, my son told him that wouldn't work, so the faulty keysafe was left on the wall. My husband was able to remove this with no damage to the keysafe or the wall. I then phone Millbrook as I wanted then to take the faulty key safe away before they slapped a charge for using their equipment but I gave up the guy on the phone was so bloody rude I terminated the call,telling him I was doing so. What a shoddy company, there is nothing nice about them. If I could rate the minus I would, my advice is to stay clear they are hassle.

I've been waiting over a month now for delivery of stairs banister rail, and a camode for my mother. Driver went to wrong house number on 1st occasion,and on 2nd occasion came when I explained to customer services, wouldn't be in at a certain time.

Awful customer service, technician arrived last Friday without the equipment my son needed after spinal surgery, the call centre blamed his occupational therapist for not putting it on the order. Expected a redelivery Monday but that never happened. It was scheduled for today - Wednesday - but had a call at 9am saying the driver was 'ill'. After telling then this was unacceptable, they agreed to the delivery. I called at noon, and it was confirmed that the equipment would be delivered between 8am and 6pm with a 30 minute notice - nothing has arrived.
I can't understand why the NHS uses this company, just look at all the bad reviews it has!

Only gave one star as cannot give less. Shocking company, as a care coordinator I have to attempt to deal with Millbrook regularly… can we ever get through to speak to anyone… NO! No email address to contact either! You clearly cannot cope with volume of people that rely on your service and should consider selling on your contract!

Without doubt the most inefficient, uncaring company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with who's staff are rude and unhelpful. I've been waiting for 4 weeks for them to collect to collect a large piece of disabled equipment for my wife that takes a large amount of space in the house. Extremely difficult to contact and when I eventually managed i was given a date for collection but they didn't arrive and the second appointment for today again they haven't turned up. If you value your sanity then avoid this company like the plague.

Only giving one star as can’t give -5 - they delivered a mattress to my house for my son and had to replace the bed rail, as the bedroom is so small I had to move the wardrobe to the side so he could get to the bed rail, he took it out and replaced it but put it back in differently and I couldn’t get the wardrobe back in after he left. I called him back to ask him what he had done differently he said he’d done it correctly and I said he had not, I had two lady carers with me who witnessed everything, he told me to “F OFF” got in his truck and drove away.
All three of us had to turn the bed on its side to get the wardrobe back into the room to be able to get my son back into his bed which was not an easy task.
I did phone Millbrook and was put through to a very rude woman who told me she was in charge of the drivers I asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t let me. I’ve called back since and they’ve given me the email address for the office down here to email not for the head office which I find odd and when I asked for a managers name who I’d be emailing the secretary put the phone down on me.

Trying to get through on the phone....took 40 minutes to move 4 places in the queue.
It's terrible service, it never used to be like this...
I dread having to contact them.

waiting fo char to help with showering paid for by nhs cant deliver for 3 weeks have not had a shower fo six weeks rely crap service done use them

Absolutely disgusted. Mother told to unplug device as BT phone line down and box kept her awake all night telling her to check phone line! Crawled out of sick bed and travelled to mother's as she's unable to reach box let alone plugs. Unplugged it only to find it must have a back up battery. Don't these ppl know anything.

Fabulous delivery and prompt collection of equipment.

How had this company got any NHS contracts? They are not fit for purpose. Dysfunctional culture, appalling attitudes, bleeding the state dry no doubt and not delivering in the slightest on their declared function. Sack the lot of them.
How are 4/5 month waits acceptable for essential disability equipment? Staff don't care, totally unhelpful, these people shouldn't be anywhere near healthcare.

Terrible company to work for coventry very clicky i had covid and was dismissed i asked to work from home and was told no the manager sonia allows the gossiping shes in on it

Very good we visited today to collect my daughters new chair myself and and my daughter went away really happy with service we recieved very good reliable company
