We have have a number of pieces of equipment delivered to help my husband who is housebound.
Each time we have had excellent service from the staff manning the phones and the delivery drivers. Thank you.

This is on behalf of my friend who is disabled
They left a hole in the wall
The sink is to low the shower floor is uneven
The day the completed the work she had to telephone me at 10pm because her hall and bedroom had flooded
Contractor wouldn't answer her calls as it was a weekend when he came to inspect the damage (they had fractured a pipe) he was unsympathetic and rude
The problem has had to be deferred as she found out she had cancer and has had to have treatment so at the moment hasn't the strength to fight it so she now has to live with a bathroom that is totally inadequate and they call themselves professionals
I think the NHS should investigate and also disability organisations

By far the most incompetent organisation I have had the misfortune to deal with. They can't get the basics right. This is the second time they have brought the wrong size toilet. They sent operatives to my house without letting me know they're coming. This company should be closed down; it's unparalleled incompetence at every level of the organisation.

Currently not a good Company to supply products to. Lack of any attempt at communicating with us despite trying to contact them numerous times and in numerous ways. Pay your Suppliers!

Terrible company. Last had contact with them in November following pointing out here how poor they were. Try ringing their number and options - you go round in circles. They are non responsive to complaints. Promised action but they do not deliver. The NHS should drop them.

Accounts department slow in paying invoices, will not answer the phone, do not reply to any messages
left on their answerphone and do not acknowledge or reply to emails.

Do Not Supply this company. They will not pay outstanding invoices. Their accounts department cannot be contacted and they will not reply to emails.

Unlike most of the comments my experience was far different more than words could express. Andy come to put in my wet room and he was such a lovely man. He was polite, the quickest and cleanest work person I have ever come across.
The bathroom is lovely and had to really thank him he got hurt and still came just so we could have our bathroom for Christmas he went the extra mile. Lovely gentleman the company was really helpful as well. Lovely people. I have recommended them to friends. I would give Andy 10* if it was possible

My dad bed broke over the Xmas Bank Holidays as they had a out of hours number was on the call for 2 and a half hour hold listening to music but no answer my dad with severe health condition had to sleep in a chair
Very disappointed and upsetting services

I had Andy come to change my bathroom to a wet room and honestly he is absolutely fantastic. Kept me in the know with everything that was going on his work is impeccable 👌. Friendly guy tidy worker, goes the extra mile. He has given me a beautiful wet room. I couldn't be happier with his work and his whole attitude through this process. Thanks Andy 5* all the way.

If there was 0 stars I would leave none. A company of liars and con artists. Ripped out our bathroom and left. Have been trying for 6 weeks to get them to return and complete the job.

Have regularly been lied to about timescales. Have been tricked into waiting until people are on annual leave before calling back.

Nobody has a clue what is going on. Regularly hung up on. Their head office doesn't seem to accept calls as the line just cuts when they answer.

I would not go anywhere near this company.

Contrary to a lot of other reviews, I found that Sophie and her team were fantastic and got the job done in a timely manner.

The guys that she subbed for the job were all punctual, polite and friendly. They really sped through the knock-through of my wall and finished everything very well. Personally, I'd recommend it. I don't see what other people's concerns were as I received 0 negarives.

wife severely disabled (Housebound) OT ordered new wheelchair via a zoom call to Millbrook's who were the council suppliers in February when this started.its now December and AJM have taken over the contract for many months.and NO WHEELCHAIR STILL.After calling them they insist my wife isn't housebound and has to go to them to collect the wheelchair.. this cant and wont happen .they speak down to the customer and blatantly lie .. i have tried every avenue open to me regarding this but so far no one has helped me..no speaking to my local MP . and newspaper...,

What a truly abysmal company and workmanship, fact!

3rd time out to fix the truly awful work they did on my level access shower/bathroom, and actually made it worse and a load more mess!

The bathroom now retains water in sections, the shower tray moves under my feet, making it feel really not safe to use the shower for fear of losing balance!

The hot tap moves, the extractor fan blows outside freezing air 'into' the bathroom and makes the whole of upstairs cold, costing a lot more in heating, and with spinal arthritis that's very painful and make it harder to move.

I ideally want it all ripped out a reputable company to do the work, that Millbrook Healthcare obviously don't have the talent for!

They started work on my 50th birthday in the middle of August 22' and I'm still having to have them come out to fix terrible problems because of their shoddy work throughout this awful experience, from August to November 22', and the work is nowhere near finished!

Never have or allow Millbrook Healthcare into your property, not ever you will regret it, trust me and the 1 STAR that this phenomenally, despicable company has, it honestly deserves ZERO stars!

My partner worked for this company for 3 months, they was expected to fit a whole new bathroom in 3-7 days even with complications. The managers never contacted back when there was an issue and they are damn right disrespectful. He has put his own time into this job even leaving at 7pm at night. Today he got sacked for not calling a manager back while he was working cutting tiles

Spoke to Teresa at Millbrook - she was unhelpful and useless, walking frames that has been supplied by Millbrook had become warned out over the years, not safe to use. Teresa first claimed the frames have not been supplied by Millbrook, so she couldn’t replace , she then changed her tune to, she couldn’t find them on the system, she then wanted to terminate the call requested I spoke to her manager, she then asked for the serial number on the frame and found that it was in fact a product of Millbrook, she then would not pass a message on to delivery driver to adjust the height or call when making the delivery stating the paralysed patient will need to open the door and adjust herself Absolutely appalling service. Just got worse over the last two years especially the call centre.

I have been trying to get a new wheelchair since January 2022. I need this wheelchair specification to allow me to progress the order of my WAV with Motability. I have had an assessment to determine the specification but for one reason or another it is not possible to get the specification I require. So another assessment has to take place. That would not normally be a problem except for the fact that it then takes months before that reassessment can be arranged.
Rang this morning to try to get an update as to when my next appointment will take place. Was informed that a new provider is taking over in October so no appointments can be arranged until the takeover has happened. How can a business, that is patient facing, survive by making no appointments until after the business is transferred.
The NHS certainly needs radical reform if it allows its service providers to operate in this manor.
I assume I will get one of the standard email responses as have other people who have raised issues. I can only hope the service improves with the new provider.

It gets worse. 'Elaine' says that she would like to follow up with me. Fair enough. But if you ring the Millbrook number (0800 988 2210) none of the options allow you to speak to their 'Governance Team' and (ironically) option 7 for complaints no longer accept calls. I tried HR but it connected back to the gateway options.

I would not even give Millbrook one star. Their engineer visited our home to respond to some issues that a family member had which resulted in modifications to their wheelchair without explanation of how those modifications worked. Consequently, it was impossible for them to transfer when they had to and this resulted in life changing injuries, over a year in hospital, at least two rounds of sepsis (one in which they almost lost their life) and being confined to bed for the last 4 years. The Health Trust have now told us (4 years later) that they should not have investigated our subsequent complaint as it should have gone to Millbrook. 84%
