Friendly honest and puntual.

Used the click and collect to the Bracknell store. The was the nearest to where I live. All was fine, the item was delivered to the store and I was notified to collect within 48 hours of purchase.
However, the store is closing down next month so the click and collect will not be an option. The store closure may affect people who like to see/ feel before they buy loosing customers.

Jack was very helpful in finding the right size jacket for my daughter. Good, friendly customer service.

Sharon was amazing, she assisted my Mum who was trying on a pair of sandals and was so patient and kind even helping her to put her shoes back on. A real pleasure to shop there and Sharon is a credit to Milletts.

The staff are always so helpful in Bracknell Millets, we were served by Natalie, who was very knowledgable and helped us with making a good choice on our purchases.
We are so disappointed to learn that Millets is closing down, we have used the store over the years to purchase boots, walking shoes, clothing, DofE items etc. every time the advise has been spot on re fit of rucksacks etc, such a shame that from now on it will involve travelling out of the borough as there will be no retailer left for theses types of goods in Berkshire!
Purchasing online works with some items, but boots entail trying on many to find the right fit, not easily done with online stores, plus the personal customer service experience is lost.

Fabulous customer service at Bracknell branch!!

I had a fantastic experience at this store today, all thanks to Jack. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to help me. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the product I was looking for, but he also took the time to genuinely listen to my specific needs.
Instead of a generic sales pitch, he tailored advice perfectly to my personal situation, ensuring I walked away with exactly what I needed. It is rare to find this level of dedicated, personalised customer service these days. Jack's expertise, patience, and warm professionalism made all the difference.

Amazing help from Natalie! Great customer service

I asked Natalie to check one item in the stockroom and she was very helpful. Everytime she is ready to give an extra help to find items or to have a solution.

Sharon helped with sorting out equipment for my son’s DofE expedition. Her knowledge and expertise was so helpful to make sure he had the correct stuff. Well done Sharon. We will be very sorry to see millets close in town it has been an incredibly useful store over the years.

The customer service was outstanding. Jack and Nat looked after me. They were not pushy and despite not having jobs to go to when the Bracknell store closes down they were amazing. I paid more for the walking shoes than I'd seen elsewhere but I was just bowled over by the customer service and the shoes are worth every penny and will probably last longer than the cheaper ones I'd seen.

I was served by Natalie today, this lady has a wealth of knowledge anything outdoors. Great service from all staff, with a friendly atmosphere.

I called the shop Monday to see if they had a pair of sandals that I waslooking for and sharon said yes and I asked if thay could keep them for me till Wednesday and thay did when I went in today to get them I was served bye Natalie very helpful and friendly service like always from sharon and Natalie it is so sad the shop is going I hope thay both find new jobs thay will be missed
