After becoming a home owner I was looking to get a multi-tool to keep in the house for DIY jobs. Natalie talked me through the range that was available and I finally settled on a Leatherman Bond which was also one of Natalie's recommendations. Thank you to Natalie for such professional guidance and excellent customer service. The Bond is such a useful tool and has made my much smaller Gerber Dime redundant.

Jack was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this shop.

Thank you to Natalie today for very good customer service, she was very knowledgeable regarding the walking boots I went in to buy and had good advice on things to check, which I needed as I've been trying to get a well fitting pairs of boots for a few months, I finally found them today.

This Millets has a good selection of walking boots and clothes.

Went in today and was very impressed with the customer service. Jack served us and was brilliant, very kind and a genuine lovely person.

Visited the shop to purchase items for my son’s DofE expedition. Service and advice was great- we were helped by Elliot and Sharon who knew their stuff and could advise on which items my son needed and which brands were worth the investment. They also helped us to take advantage of various in-store offers. It’s great to visit a store who can genuinely make the shopping experience easier. Will visit again. Thank you.

Looking for a Leatherman multitool to replace one I’d lost - Sharon talked me through various options and I ended up buying a Victorinox that suited my needs better. Good product knowledge and a friendly helpful approach - thank you 😀

Friendly helpful, knowledgable staff, (Natalie). Only a small store so a bit Iimited range but good enough and got what I needed.

Very helpful salespeople. I was disappointed with the decline in choices in walking boots. I prefer Merrels or Berghaus
Also the socks I bought size 5-6.5 were huge, they actually fitted my son who takes size 10 shoe.

A small but great store! I called to check availability of stock before making a trip to the store. Lady on the phone (Natalie) informed me they had stock so I made my way to the store later that day.
When I arrived I said I called earlier in the day about some boots and she remembered the sizes I asked for so went out back to retrieve them. Staff were really friendly and personable

Jack offered detailed advice on the various items I needed to purchase, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had, no matter how niche or abstruse. He showed me where to look, which brands would be preferable for my specific situation and helped me get a damn good bang for my buck. Would definitely come again if I needed further equipment.
