My son is doing Duke of Edinburgh & we didn’t know where to start. Finley at the Brighton branch was friendly, patient & extremely helpful showing us all the stuff he needed & what discounts were on offer! Great service :o)

The staff were really helpful and patient, helping me to find boots that were comfortable and fit nicely. I was also lent walking socks to get a better idea how they'd fit and feel with mine on. Very personable and chatty, especially welcome on a very rainy day!

Otis, the charming face of the Shopj was a gem. I not only was professionally recommended and fitted a pair of hiking boots of top quality with warm socks, but I made a new friend. Otis chatted with me whilst assisting me in purchasing the best possible hiking boots for my needs. He shared Brighton’s best in history and neighborhood Hiking trails. As I trek the world with the new find, I will recall the Otis touch!!!! I can’t wait to go back and gift some shoes for my nephews who live in Hove.

I went into Millets in Brighton for a pair of vegan walking boots. After chatting to Otis, store assistant, I was able to purchase a pair of vegan kids boots for £40 - absolute bargain, and they look great too!

I was served by a very helpful, polite & knowledgeable young man, who was very patient while I took my time to decide on the walking boots I wanted. The store was clean & bright & well stocked, quite tucked away from the High Street, so I needed to ask for directions. Will return again!!

Otis at your Brighton store last week was so helpful and very knowledgeable whilst I was trying to choose a pair of Merrell walking shoes. His reassurance and assistance was really appreciated as I always have difficulty finding the right shoe.

Good service in the Brighton branch today, as always by friendly staff who are keen to help. I picked up some real bargains in the sales section too.

Manager Otis was very helpful, very informative on product information and got me a great deal in the sale.

So helpful! I came to this store looking for a backpack for an upcoming camping trip last Thursday and wasn't sure of what I needed. I spoke to a very helpful person called Otis who answered all of my questions to make sure I was able to make the right decision for me. With Otis' expert guidance, I was able to find my backpack! Cannot wait to use it. Big thanks to Otis :)
