Vicki was great, very polite and let me know about the store’s return policy in case the wellies I was buying didn’t fit, super helpful! :)

Vicki and Jim were very helpful. Brought new walking boots. Wanted waterproof as I'm getting wet feet with my current boots. Vicki was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on which ones were the best.

I love it that Millets welcomes dogs. My dogs were given a dog biscuit each which they loved.
We were served by Harvey and his colleague. He helped me find the right size and colour trousers as they were very high. I love the trousers too and it was so nice to see lots of 'short' size available.

The staff member was extremely helpful and was very well informed on what I was looking for. She also made the returns policy clear and so put my mind at ease in the case of this possible eventuality. Overall amazing!

Went into the shop today to see whether they had received any further deliveries of walking shoes, in the hope my size would now be in, on a particular make & style. They were not but Vicki suggested alternatives in the same size, these were not a good fit, so she suggested the original ones in a larger size. Following her advice, these actually turned out to be a good fit and therefore I bought them. Vicki was very helpful, without going over the top and did not rush me.

Brilliantly helpful staff and great to have an outdoors shop in Chippenham. The range is great, they didn’t have the size we needed but it was in store two days later and Vicki was a great help. Thanks very much

I visited Millets a couple of months ago to buy a pair of walking shoes. I wanted to try two pairs. Karl helped me choosing without being too overbearing. He was available for questions and offered his help quickly but gave me time on my own to make my decision. He was very nice. He also informed me of an offer for socks as I was buying some. The shoes (Peter Storm) are very good: warm, waterproof and comfortable. They still look brand new even after wearing them a lot.

Harvey went over and above to help us with our shopping. (29/12/24) Both staff checked for additional stock when sizes weren't available on the rails, informed us of further discounts, leading to us buying extra goods and both chaps had a great sense of humour. We went back to the shop today and purchased an additional £100 of goods. Although the staff were helpful, we were disappointed the dream team wasn't working.

The staff in the chippenham store today were extremely polite and helpful. After I found a small fault with my initial purchase the proceeded to exchange it without a bother. Always nice to see people enjoying helping others and providing amazing customer service.

Was greeted by Vicki and told her I was after a re-waterproofing agent for my jacket. She instantly named the product (I'd forgotten the name), proceeded to tell me the best way to apply it, and then told me what else I could purchase to get the current instore discounts. Wow, top notch customer service like this is so very rare these days.

Friendly efficient service, good prices.

I was served by Vicki and had a very unusual query relating to tent pegs. When I asked her for help, she was positive and humorous and even went out of her way to explain that my purchase was half price with any purchase. She saved me a significant % of the cost and it was clear that she was keen to treat me as an individual. I 100% will use this store going forward- the service is a rarity these days.

Warm, durable, slightly over sized, but perfect for dog walks in appling weather conditions! Fully recommended!👍👍😀
