Excellent little tent for a festival, comfortable sleeping bag, airbed and pump. Great quality, easy to use and reasonable price.

I had a problem with a new pair of boots. I saw Sophie, she spoke to Gareth and the boots were swapped immediately, no ifs ands or buts. Good old fashioned service.

From the moment we got into the shop, we were greeted with warm smiles, Belinda was very helpful and made our shopping experience enjoyable, very patient and hilarious as we tried on clothes for sizes and choices! She helped us with online orders as well which were delivered the next day.
I highly recommend Millets as everything we needed was under one roof! 🙌💯

Went to Millets 4th September looking for a replacement tent pole for a broken one. I was guided to Gareth who got one the right thickness. I was expecting to have to cut it to size and string it in the pole set myself but Gareth did this all for me in the shop. Great service I was really impressed with him and his colleagues. Will now make this my first choice in Colchester for tent equipment

I came into Millets looking to purchase a pair of trousers suitable to play bowls in, I was approached by Vic and Lee who took note of what I was looking for and the colour that I required, when checking the rail on the trouser that i liked there was not my size and length, Vic then check her phone which stated they had those in stock, on checking the delivery that had come found the correct waist and length. I tried those on and as they fitted I purchased.
Vic and Lee were both very helpful, polite and courteous and I thanked them for their assistance.

Belinda was phenomenal! Just amazing! So thoughtful and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Even refunded and redid the whole payment to apply my Blue Light Card (which I completely forgot to tell her about until after everything had gone through...) Really great service, and really great prices. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have visited Millets many times and each has been pleasant. Mandy served me this time and she was kind, patient and helpful. She found me the right pair of shoes and was not fussed about a few trips to collect a few options from the store. Thanks Mandy. See you next time.
