Came in enquiring for some waterproofing coating for my backpack and Debbie was just the best guiding me through it, so I could bring home the one that best suited my needs. She even threw in some leftovers they had in the back of the alternative product I saw so I could try it!

What made the visit a good one was the service - the young lady serving went out if her way to be helpful; both practically and with helpful advice....not just with me but the people ahead of me. You also provide decent gear at decent price. This has really has given a very positive view of Mountain Warehouse and consequently I will be back....my first stop for things outdoor!

Claire and Steven are absolutely amazing at their jobs. Their customer care is excellent and they really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed when shopping.

Great stock, brilliant sales discounts, staff very willing to assist in any way. One instance of unclear pricing but this was immediately refunded. Always my first stop.

Debbie was fantastic and very patient with us to try on many different hiking boots.

Bought a pair of walking shoes and was well served by Debbie in Glasgow. Knew what stock was available and good advice about the makes of shoe that fitted my feet and needs for the use of the shoes.

Purchased 8 jackets for our local bike club through Millet's Glasgow Sauchiehall St branch. There was issue with stock amounts online so Zander and his staff went out there way to solve it and get my order to me without any hassle. Kept me up to date with the progress every few days and couldn't thank him enough for his patience and help.

Had to purchase a few things for the Winter days setting in and Steven and Debbie were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Both members of staff were really kind, considerate and had genuine smiles. Debbie served me and was very knowledgable about the products I wanted and I received excellent service from her, and the gentleman who was mopping the stairs advised me to take my time as the floor was wet, and both wished me a good day! It's an excellent store all round!

Came back to shop for second visit and Steven was as help as last time and even remembered us 3 months later.

Went into the store on Sauchiehall St, Glasgow today looking for a new laptop bag. Debbie and Steven helped me. They went through to the back of the store and returned with an Osprey bag that was perfect. Not only was it a great price to start with, but they offered me an extra 10% off. This is the 2nd Osprey bag I’ve purchased from this store. Would highly recommend.

Today in millets I was served by Claire. Claire went out of her way to go above and beyond what is expected from staff. She was very knowledgable, kind and best of all she done it all with a smile. 10/10 customer service, you have a returning customer and it’s all because of Claire :)

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Debbie helped me find what I was looking for. As well, they had a jar of treats for my dog which he loved.

Steven was exceptionally helpful and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. He was knowledgeable and understood my needs regarding walking boots. Also Debbie, his colleague was polite and friendly and as a team they worked very well together. I was overall impressed with the Millets store and would definitely recommend this store and the team to others.

I was looking for a pair of Salomon walking boots, but the branch didn’t have them in stock. Claire, who served me, was great - first checking in the stock room, then calling another branch and asking them to put a pair aside for me, which I have now bought and am very happy with. Thanks to Debbie in Millets Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. Recently I had to buy a day pack for hiking and everyday use, not as easy as it sounds as I am short with narrow back and shoulders and have struggled in the past to find a suitable bag that fits comfortably. Debbie took the time to bring out stock not on the shelves, and I eventually found a bag. Very happy with the service 😀
