Always good service here. Bought a rechargeable torch which was going for an unmissable price.

Helpful, friendly staff.

Jack was very insightful on the products I asked about, he showed me how to wear the rucksack properly pointing out all the straps pockets and waterproof cover it came with also had a variety of hiking boots/ shoes and Jack knew exactly what boot and shoe was capable of aswel as explain the products in detail.
Jack was at the upmost professionalism with knowing the needs I had to meet.
Overall Jack was a really nice guy and easy to converse with, with what I needed.
Well done Jack I will definitely be visiting Leighton buzzard store again in the near future

Friendly and very helpful staff who know what they’re talking about but don’t hard sell. Jack knows more about rucksacks than you’d ever imagined you’d need to know (and you DO need to know if you’re planning a walking holiday).

I went into the Leighton Buzzard branch to purchase a backpack and a pair of walking shoes.
I was served by Jack, he was so patient, knowledgeable and polite, the whole experience was a pleasure.

The staff in this store are always so helpful . Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to help find what I need. The staff all seem to be very happy and the manager is always happy and gives you the time of day which is fantastic customer service.

I came in with my elderly mother to get her some walking boots and a waterproof coat for dog walking through the winter. Megan served us and she was excellent. She was patient and knowledgeable. She even managed to juggle serving another gentleman at the same without us feeling unattended. The whole experience was very pleasant. Many thanks!

Great shop this. Excellent range of outdoor clothes. Sale items really good value. Staff helpful. Got me some shoes that weren't on the shop floor yet.

I was greeted as I walked in, Really friendly staff, I asked for an outdoor chair for my kid and they gave me options and prices straight away. All the staff spoke to my 5 year old and its was just an all round great customer service. Chair was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be too, thank you
