I ordered item into store to pick up, I was unaware that I had exceeded the time limit to pick up and then also noted that whole amount had been automatically refunded. I immediately rang the store and was informed that they still had the item there. Subsequently went to collect and pay for purchase, was informed by staff member that she had actually tried to contact me by phone earlier in the week to say that there was a time limit for pick up, unfortunately I did not answer at that time. I have dealt with this lady before in store and she us always extremely helpful and very efficient.

I paid two visits to this store in May
I paid two visits to this store in May. The young gentleman there was very helpful. So I went back and bought my lovely rucksack. A lovely lady called Kelly served me, and gave me 10/10 customer service. She was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with my queries

Very helpful staff
I received all the help I needed from Kelly to chose just the right walking boots for fit and comfort along with advise on testing them in the house to make sure they were comfortable.
This is the strength of the high Street shop. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase today
