Knowledgeable friendly staff
I came to the Southend branch today and found Sarah was very knowledgeable about the all products discussed, I came in for some hiking boots for my upcoming trip to Macchu Picchu. I initially see some I liked the look of, however Sarah advised me to try on a Brasher boot, which was a lot more comfortable around the ankle. She also advised me on the right socks to buy, so I have purchased 1 pair to test and will most certainly be back for a few more pairs before my trip.

Always love visiting this shop! Great choice of outdoor clothing and accessories, with various brands and good prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a sale on now so got particularly good value today on walking boots and a jacket. Definitely recommend!
