I came it to the store three times looking for an item, and being told it was on an order due in twice. On the three time I was informed I could order there and it was delivered the next day. So a thank you to the staff.

I never normally bother to leave reviews but have always had great service and lovely shopping experience at Millets in Stroud. I recently bought some new walking boots and some other bits and pieces and the staff as always were so helpful, friendly and know.

Staff were attentive and well informed of the equipment they are selling.

Great visit to the Stroud branch.
The coat I was looking for wasn't in stock but Alex ordered it online for me to be delivered to my home address.

Great customer service from Alex in Stroud. Went in for a browse as trainers has split and Alex explained that the trainers that’s I was looking at were summer use so I had the full facts before my purchase.

Alex at the Stroud store went out of his way to help me today. He was able to offer me a discount because of my National Trust membership which was amazing as I work in teaching so a discount means a lot!! Thanks Alex for your amazing help. Diana

Ben couldn’t have been more helpful! He was patient and knowledgeable and was determined that I get walking boots that fitted properly and were fit for purpose too. I ended up buying two pairs … ! One a lightweight trainer type shoe and the other a sturdier boot to cover all eventualities and needs. He really listened to what I asked for and was great at suggesting makes and styles to try. He even held my dog Murphy whilst I did a couple of laps of the shop to make sure the footwear was completely right ! And with an added discount it made for an all round great shopping experience! The shop maybe small but it’s great in terms of what they sell and how they sell it

My son and I had some great service from Ben in the Stroud shop. He was professional, very helpful, charming and polite. Good range of goods in the sale too. We left delighted with our purchases.

Ben at Stroud Millets was exceptionally courteous, competent and helpful.

Staff were knowledgeable and attentive. I wanted to know about trail shoes and shorts with pockets for my daughter, the 2 guys in the store helped with my queries and directed us to the fitting rooms to try on garments. Very happy with the service we received.

I needed to make a quick purchase of reasonable walking shoes as I had forgotten mine coming on holiday (also purchased at Millets). Ben was very helpful and pointed out which pairs were waterproof but did not seek to persuade me into buying a more expensive pair. He listened to my deliberations and I am very happy with my final purchase.

Finn and Ryan helped us buy our tent. They were great.
We often pop in for camping bits and pieces and Ryan is always so friendly and helpful with lots of good advice. Nothing is too much trouble.

I am impressed with the way this branch handled the exchange of an item purchased online which developed a fault late within the 12 month warranty period, very pleased.
