I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT use Minted, especially for something time sensitive and important like a wedding.
I ordered stationery with a very clearly specified color requirement. The first shipment arrived incorrect. After spending an unreasonable amount of time emailing (15 emails in total), calling, and sending multiple photos, Minted sent a replacement, and it was wrong AGAIN. Two incorrect shipments for the same issue.
Instead of taking responsibility, customer service kept responding with canned, scripted messages and pushing “solutions” like redesigns or more replacements, as if I should continue gambling my time away when the invitations needed to be sent out. At no point did anyone acknowledge that their company failed to deliver the product correctly TWICE.
When I finally asked for a refund for the items, I was offered a 25% partial refund. That is insulting given the repeated errors, wasted time, and stress this caused during wedding planning. This was not a minor mistake. It was a complete failure of quality control and customer service. The entire process felt like talking to a bot following a script rather than a company that cares about its customers.
No one should ever use this website. There are plenty of other stationery companies that actually deliver quality products. I deeply REGRET choosing Minted and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Customer Service
There was a technical issue at their site (this is what they told me, I obviously don't know what happened) and my order was cancelled. Naturally, I panicked. I contacted customer support right away. Turns out, they had already sent me a follow up email that I did not read. They were extremely apologetic and covered the cost of rush shipping my design after adding it back to my cart. They ensured that the issue was remedied as soon as possible. I was shocked at how proactive the service was. I will now be using them for all of my wedding extras from the invites to table numbers and their website. I am very happy with the service.

I messed up and didn't click on the option to have the addresses printed on the envelopes. Minted help me resolve it, showed me how to prevent it in the future, and didn't charge me. They were super helpful.

The card is good quality. However the assistance provided to ensure that the size of the picture and the text are suitable was disappointed. The text in the card that Minted cleared was hardly readable. The customer service is incredibly slow and inefficient. To seek assistance to obtain a soft copy of the card, I spent countless hours waiting for a member of the customer service to become available. Finally, even if I had paid for custom fees directly to Minted, I was charged additional custom costs that Minted refused to pay. I will certainly not use Minted in the future.

Please do not do business with Minted! I had a horrible experience trying to get my wedding invitations ordered. Rude, unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just really poor business practices. DO NOT USE MINTED FOR ANY OF YOUR PRINTING NEEDS.
Somehow one day before placing our order, the artist pulled the design we were working with, so after a call with customer service they indicated they could still print our design but I would need to enter the order using a different design and ask the design team to reference the original desgin. Once ordered, I was bounced around to SIX different customer service folks, none of whom seemed to know what the previous person was asking. Ultimately after an HOUR long call after several fruitless emails I was told that to actually get the desgin we wanted it would be an extra $198 to get "custom foil" even though that was included in the original design. This is a total rip-off! I was also told that I could contact the artist directly to appeal for them up re-upload the design.....I'm sorry but aren't YOU the one the artist is working with??
Never once in the process was it offered for me to speak with a manager, and in no point during the process did they try to meet me in the middle and honor the price of the origianl design. One customer service rep told me "do you want this or not?" once they shared the updated pricing. Rude, unhelpful, difficult to communicate with, and just really poor business proactices.
I will NOT be sending hundreds of dollars to a company that treats its customers like an afterthought. Please avoid using Minted and save yourself the headache (and the $$$).

I ordered wedding invitations for a very small event and paid for rush processing. the expected date for receiving the invitations has passed and the webiste shows they are not yet ready to be shipped. this company is not reliable and this is a really a significant problem when it pertains to something like this that is time sensitive at the very least. I emailed an inquiry on the expected delivery date but have not had a response after more than 24 hours.

I have ordered from Minted for years, great product . I order both holiday cards and photos. My cards have always arrived on time and look great. Just had an issue with a photo order but Minted contacted me right away and I was able to re-order. I did have to wait in a queue for customer service but I attribute that to everyone thinking AI is the solution. My issue was addressed and I got an email confirming my credit card had been credited for the cancellation of my first order.
I love the Minted products, my cards always look great. I will keep shopping there.

1) Was checking out, went to put in a promo code and they charged me without even posting the final amount. I instantly cancelled the order and they didn't refund me the full amount. The site is incredibly glitchy and horrible.
2) I ordered samples which they claimed to deliver and never arrived - I see other people here are experiencing the same issue. We have never had mail theft in our building to my knowledge.
I highly recommend avoiding using this service. It's too bad because the designs are so nice - but not worth not being fully refunded for a glitch on their end.

Minted has nice quality cards, but their service and delivery is awful. I blame myself for trying again after a MAJOR screw up last year. This year they are significantly delayed on my order. They shipped the "extra" cards I ordered later, but not the big original order. At some point it becomes crazy to be sending a holiday card so late. Obviously the cards should be complete if they got the small order off, so there is really no excuse except poor execution.
Last year they shipped all the cards without the addressed envelopes (or any envelopes)-so again major issue.
I would NEVER trust them to address and ship cards as they offer. If they can't get them to me they probably would never send the cards out.
Find another card place despite the nice quality.

I was contacted by Minted and was provided with a significant refund. I have looked for other alternatives. There is no real competition for the quality and design offered at Minted.
I heard back from minted and they offered an additional discount. I discovered as I was preparing to mail my holiday cards that several had no return addresses and many had no adhesive on the envelopes. The original purchase amount was over $500.00 with the two discounts, just under $400.00 I hardly find their compensation adequate to the experience that was entirely due to their negligence.

The product is nice, but our order was incomplete and getting it resolved was difficult. Not the best communication by customer service.
They originally told us they could mail our invitations to our guests, so we formatted our guest address list in their style and uploaded it. The invitations were delivered to us, without the envelopes included. (So the addresses were used for nothing.)
It took an extra 2 weeks to get the envelopes sent to us, putting us a little behind schedule to get the invitations sent out. We had given ourselves plenty of buffer, so it worked out, but was a little stressful.
In the end, they were able to send the addressed envelopes to us at no extra charge. We had to mail them out ourselves. We liked the invitations a lot, just had some trouble dealing with the company.

I have used Minted for the past six or seven years from everything to our yearly holiday card...fall cards...our daughter's wedding and bridal and baby shower invites. I love their cards. This year I was very disappionted in our holiday card experience and am very reluctant to use them again. I ordered cards on 12/1. They arrived by the promised date of 12/7 with only about 25 envelopes (it was an order of 250 cards and printed envelopes). It took me about two hours to speak to a live person on the phone who put in a request for the envelopes to be re-printed and sent via fed ex priority. Someone from the fix it dept(print quality dept) finally contacted me on 12/9 and asked me to upload my address book (that is already in Minted's address book system as we always use them for printing) in some sort of spreadsheet (like I have as a mom to six time to make a spreadsheet with 250 addresses a week before christmas). Anyway, it was 12/17 until I finally had the cards that I ordered paying more for for rush.

Paid for Rush Shipping but Experienced Major Delays
We ordered Christmas cards for our clients on December 10, with an expected ship date of December 19. We paid extra for rush shipping. However, the shipping dates were repeatedly delayed, and the cards did not arrive until late afternoon on December 23. We have not even been able to pick them up from the parcel office yet.
We planned extensively around this order and fully expected the cards to reach our clients before Christmas. Because of the delays, we had to pay extra for an alternative solution, making this order essentially useless to us.
We contacted Minted customer service via email but have not received any response or resolution. After the order arrived, we also noticed that several cards were misprinted or improperly folded, leaving some damaged and unusable.

Minted did not reach out to me but sent a statement (again, no way to communicate or dialogue with them) indicating they had refunded my rush charge. This is NO way made up for their lack of requested but neglected assistance as well as lengthy processing and production time! I wish I had looked at Minted’s over all low ratings. Minted seems to be a company of substandard management and non existent customer service. Overall impression: subpar. Advice: use another company.
I have written one very poor review already. It was taken down because Minted requested “more information” although the 1st review was very clear.
( likely a tactic they use to get bad reviews taken down) Their response to my review stated publicly they would reach out to me and they were so sorry for the bad experience. They never tried to contact me. When I checked the review, it was taken down because I had not added more information about my previously bad review. Now the additional information I will add is that they DID NOT attempt to contact me as stated in their response. So this would be the new information that should be added. Again the 1st review was very clear. The chat bot was generic and served to only get you to a “text agent”. The wait time in both instances was 45min. to 1 hour wait time to text with an agent. Both times the text agent texted that they would help find the problem, resolve it and get back to me. Again, neither text agent did either of those things. They did not find or resolve anything for me. I received the cards midday on the 23rd of December but not in time for delivery before Christmas. It seemed Minted was only interested in the order and did not produce it in a timely manner.

I ordered Christmas cards for mailing to my family on 12/4, skipped proofing and was told they would be here 12/13. Called customer service on 12/16, 2 hours later was told they would be expedited on the production (so 12 days after order, 3 days after they were supposed to be here they hadn’t even gone into production.) Since they led me to believe I’d have them with 2 days I agreed to proceed. On 12/18 still not in production I sat on hold 3.5 hours was next in line according to the hold counter, they picked up and hung up on me. You can’t cancel at this point. Minted tells you they will upgrade your shipping to accommodate a delay. Not true. I got a shipping notification on 12/22. Today, the day after Christmas, my Christmas cards arrived. Artist is Stacey Meacham. Avoid at all costs.

I had issues with my order. My first order arrived with a print error, but Hira helped me in such an amazing way! Later, I ordered items for a bridal shower, and they were stuck with FedEx. I called Minted and asked for assistance an agent did offer help, but to be honest, my heart was not satisfied. I wrote an email to Hira, and she personally called FedEx, made sure my order was expedited, and followed up with me despite it being the busiest season. Amazing service!!
