Mintsoft is a great B2C tool. The software was easy to use and popular with staff. Support was always there when you needed it and the account manager was always responsive if needed.

Having relied on Mintsoft for years, I can attest that it remains a premier fulfillment solution. It is exceptionally effective at synchronizing high-volume sales channels—including Shopify, Amazon, Mirakl, and eBay—with the fast-paced demands of the warehouse floor.

The first one have a crush on me

We’ve been using Mintsoft to run our prep center and fulfillment operations, and it’s been a great addition to our business.

It gives us full visibility over inventory, orders, and client workflows, and the integrations with platforms like Shopify and Amazon make automation seamless. It’s especially helpful for managing multiple clients and keeping everything organized in one place.

Setup takes some time, but once dialed in, it significantly improves efficiency.

If you’re running or starting a 3PL, Mintsoft is definitely worth considering.

Considering the size of Access Group I was expecting Mintsoft to be a polished system, but since onboarding we've faced constant bugs and issues with the platform for which we've had to have a constant back and forth with support. Several of the first line support agents are particularly unempathetic towards the operational issues that bugs with Mintsoft cause and I've had to raise the same issues several times before it's been escalated to be fixed. This means it can take weeks before quite simple issues are resolved.

The onboarding experience was absolutely excellent and truly enjoyable from start to finish. The entire onboarding team was fantastic, and I would especially like to give a big thank you to Larisa for her exceptional support.

Larisa was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. She patiently guided me through every question I had and made the whole process feel smooth and effortless. Thanks to her support, setting up our Mintsoft system was not only efficient but also a genuinely positive experience.

Sebastian has been very helpful with assisting in getting us setup, The whole experience has been really smooth.

We are currently using this platform through our 3PL partner, and we’re fortunate to have a 3PL that is highly proficient in navigating and maximising mintsoft capabilities.

The system’s searchability across products, orders, and ASNs, combined with the strong traceability of order logs, provides excellent visibility and control. In addition, the seamless connectivity with our sales platforms, achieved without incurring significant IT costs has been truly exceptional.

Mintsoft is a great product - we have just started using it so we're in the beginning stages and a lot to learn but we can see already the benefits and how it will help us going forward.
Larisa Berzava has been unbelievably helpful. Whenever I have sent an email asking for help (and there have been several!!) she has always got back so quickly with her advice and help. She has ALWAYS solved my problems and I honestly wouldn't have been able to navigate Mintsoft without her - she is amazing and deserves lots of credit. Have had a great experience with Mintsoft. Cant really go wrong. Its easy to set up and you get same day responses to any issues. Had great help with my recent enquiries with Luke, who has been extremely helpful. Luke has been instrumental in fixing an issue i was having recently.

So much support and extremely helpful staff came along with the package. Questions answered in minutes and helped us set up with the system every step of the way . Couldnt recommend them more if I could. No questions was silly and the training offered helped us very quickly learn how to utilise the software internally .

The order rules module has been really helpful and has so many features we can use

Ross and Sebastian have made quite a daunting switching process really easy...already starting to benefit from the system!

The order rules module solved a long standing process for us.

The sales team will mis sell the service in order to get your business. They provided us all of the reassurance we needed to move away from
Peoplevox and onto Mintsoft.

The failings of the Intergrations became apparent quickly the Mintsoft to Brightpearl API they had was over 5 years old we found we had stock duplications and a host of other issues.

We raised these issues with Mintsoft and have since been in a limbo waiting for a solution which is consistent with other reviews.

Our business is almost inoperable currently. And we have no expected date for a fix. We have even contacted support that we will pay our own developer to make an API and still are no further.

I would seriously question choosing Mintsoft as a WMS solution due to the complete lack of technical support and developers to fix key issues.

We had some training with Ross and we can't recommend & thank him enough. He made the whole session so straight forward for us and answered all the questions we fired at him. We feel so much more confident using Mintsoft.
