Minute MD has been a godsend. The staff is so communicative and professional, and always helps me in a timely fashion. I know many people who pay more for their medication than I do with Minute MD, and my friends are always surprised at the great savings I receive at Minute MD. Can't recommend them enough!

Trying to get started but communication so far seems horrible. I did a chat over 18 hours ago and no response. The seem to just review one thing a day if your lucky. I would rather just get a refund and start elsewhere. I feel like if this is how it’s starting I would rather go elsewhere

This worked for me when nothing else ever did!. Customer service is top star! Whenever I’ve had a question I’ve never had issues with someone getting back to me whether through the app or by email!. If you’re in doubt this is your sign to do it!. Best thing I’ve done for myself! No regrets!!!.

Overall I have had a good experience with MinuteMD. The process has gotten better over the year that I have been with them.

I am soooo exhausted with basically having to BEG for my refills and receiving delayed responses!!!! The current system of having to request refills monthly is TERRIBLE as is responding staff!!!!!! And to be advised at the last minute that I now need new bloodwork and once done, I will be considered a "new patient" is simply a money grab as I noted new patients are now being charged $50 more than what I am currently paying!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

Awesome company! Follows through quickly and efficiently with all email correspondence! Has helped me lose the weight I’ve been carrying around way too long!

I have had great success with this medication. Not just seeing results on the scale but I see even more results in my clothes. I have lost 40 pounds in a year and went down 4 sizes and my whole body has changed,

Total scam! They have TikTok affiliate marketers telling you that every dosage is the same low price when in fact that is a lie and it is not true. I had to spend the $350 to find this out and I better get it back!!! There’s no phone number to call. There’s only an email. They do not respond to you so far. Very sketchy!!!
