After initial mishaps that were not in anyone's control, the process was simple, easy to understand and weight loss was slow but continuous. Everything is included; labwork prior, syringes, alcohol pads and the sustain weight loss is a plus!

The length of time it took, would be helpful when blood work is coming here we are reminded sooner not to the last minute. The message system could be better, you click from email you log in,then you have to sort through the forms to find the one you need is a little confusing
