Don't use this bs company. They are scammers.
I honestly should've went on here before I ordered through them.
They are extremely inhuman and have zero empathy.
Ordered colored toric lenses in SEPTEMBER 2022 and still haven't received them. I had to reach out to them in October to find out what's going on only to be met with extreme rudeness. After a long email chain of back and forth with them convincing me to compensate me with another color for free(big mistake should've just let them pay me back) I got mail that I was gonna receive the packages with original AND compensation lenses in the beginning of February IF I PAID COSTUMER DECLARATION FIRST. So I did.
No surprise that the package didn't contain my original order but only the compensated lenses that I'm pretty sure are just regular colored lenses without any adjustment cause I can't see sh** in them.
I ask them where my original lenses are and wo and behold they fkn lost them and are now refusing to pay me back and just want to send another pair and let me pay another costumer declaration.
Don't use this sh** ass company, just spend your money on something useful in a real store.
Would give zero stars if possible.

Please do NOT WASTE your money on these guys. This is clearly some sort of con!! They advertise 28 days or less to ship your contact lenses and what follows is a back and forth of emails. I paid for premium delivery, which should be 28 days or less..its been more than two months!! I cancelled my order and demanded a refund and they refused to give me my refund stating that the lenses are already enroute to their facility (which doesn't exist!!)

Toric lenses useless
Bought some coloured toric lenses with a prescription from my optometrist. Received them 3-4 months later.
The lenses were incorrectly made despite the correct prescription being provided. They sat comfortably on the eye but were weighted/shaped in such a way that they would rotate out of focus after a few blinks.
They remade them for me - only for them to be both painful and rotating incorrectly once again.
They offered a discount on future lenses which is kind but doesn't help directly. It was just a shame since their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is not really a guarantee.
Each time I had an issue I had to re-explain the issues from scratch, the troubleshooting was difficult.
If you have a spare $100, sure give the coloured toric lenses ago. But go in with the expectation you might lose your money. Toric lenses are highly specialized so I wouldn't be surprised if most online coloured toric lenses have this issue.
