I have just picked up a used Renault from Mitchells at Great Yarmouth after dealing with Jamie through the whole process - I arranged to view a car and was left to my own devices for as long as I required without any hassle or pressure and after making a decision to purchase the process was explained fully and at again no pressure
As I lived a distance away everything was done electronically with constant e mails and calls from Jamie keeping me updated with the process and arranging a collection on a time to suit me

On collection of the vehicle it was presented perfectly and an explanation offered on how to use all the technology to which I declined as had enough time previously to go through the car fully

I would buy from Mitchells again and certainly recommend Jamie in his expertise and non pushy sales techniques - he made the whole process easy and making me glad of my purchase

Picked up our new car today, 3rd car we have brought from Craig who is brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable and keeps you informed all the while you wait for your car to arrive, treat you like a friend more than a sales person. All the staff at Mitchell’s are friendly and never to much trouble if you have a problem/question which for today is quite unique. Keep up the great work you do.

I recently just purchased a new shape Clio from Craig last weekend, he was very helpful and kept you updated. Any issues or requirements Craig quickly dealt with them which made for a smooth handover. I have used Mitchells Lowestoft for servicing and other issues for years, which made me want to part exchange my old Clio in for a new one. All the staff at Mitchells Renault Lowestoft are very helpful and look after you like your family. Craig was a star for purchasing a car and Trudy is amazing on the servicing side. I highly recommend Mitchells for a new car or servicing. I will continue to use Mitchells in the future.

My second car brought through Craig. Top sales man, happy help with my situation. Explained everything I needed to know. Understood person circumstances and could relate. Wasn't in it to sell me any I didn't want. Drove away in my dream car with no hassle at all.

I have bought my first Megane mk3 in Jan 2022, I got an issue within 3 or 4 days of purchase after I call them about the issue and I was living far away from them like 4Hr drives but they arrange a local garage for me to fix it and would not charge anything on the car. Good customer service and you won't fell cheated.

Recently had my vehicle serviced, and MOT'd, car collected, and delivered back washed, and hoovered. I was kept informed of progress, and anything my vehicle needed. Couldn't fault the customer service as normal, l have been dealing with Mitchell's now for eight years, and have always had fantastic customer service with my previous, and current vehicle. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from them without question.

Most recently taken my car for an annual service. I can't fault them from a warm reception, through to a first class service and finally an excellent discharge when I collected the car.

Just brought a car from Mitchells Lowestoft and have been dealing with Craig one of the sales team once again, from start to finish he has made the expeience hassle free. He is a friendly chap, always on hand if you need any information, honest, upfront and very reliable.

Pre ordered a brand new dacia sandero stepway from Mitchell’s Lowestoft
they wanted a £500 deposit which i left on it,
my job circumstances had changed & therefore could not afford this car at present this time , i phoned & emailed to let them know this hoping in the circumstances they would refund me my deposit, very disappointed with them when they said they will only refund me £250 , i just feel i need to write this review to pre-warn buyers in advance of there practices !

Recently had my Renault van in to Mitchell’s Lowestoft to resolve battery problem. Great service as ever. The service reception staff are always pleasant, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend this garage.

My Captur was recently serviced by Mitchells who offered a pick up service. So my car was collected from Beccles at the time promised and returned later in the day. I received a full report on the service by telephone during the day and an email the next day to ensure that I was satisfied.

So Mitchells were nothing but attentive to my needs.

We had the first new car 3 years and had no problems and hopefully the same this time and even if we do I have no doubt that it would be sorted quickly.
