I've used Mixam for a few prints now and they always come out good quality, the customer services team are fantastic as well. I always get offered savings and deals and the points system is an added bonus.

The team were very helpful - and nothing was too much trouble. Once the order was confirmed we were kept up to date with progress and it was delivered to the timescale given. Overall excellent product with super customer service.

Excellent quality of printing, at a very good price. I paid the reasonable extra charge for quick turnaround and speedy delivery: ordered online Wednesday afternoon, delivered Friday morning. Magnificent!

I was determined to use Mixam to print my yearbooks as their website was so straightforward and gave the most options on paper quality and printing styles etc. they were also very easy to liaise with when I had a query on uploading my files. They made sure I had signed off everything at every stage and gave me the confidence to know exactly what I was getting. I couldn’t be happier with the result, my yearbooks look stunning. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process so easy!

This was my third order from Mixam for one of their stapled booklets. Love how easy it is to use the upload system, especially since I managed to get my PDF pages ready in advance - easy to move pages around too. And although it seems like you have to choose what you want before you start, you can totally changed your mind and edit the spec or quantity so not scary if you’re not computer savvy!
Good clear pricing and these booklets at least are very reasonable, they offered me an even better price for 25 than the 20 I was planning on ordering. Quality is very good. I needed these in a rush so paid extra to get them quickly and they were delivered exactly as promised. As long as I need these type of booklets I won’t be going anywhere else - I may even try a new product sometime. Highly recommended.

The printed books were amazing, just the delivery took longer than originally mentioned when the order was taken. Although, I’m not sure if the delay was with printing or delivery. Also, I would love if I can pick up my order next time since I live nearby which would save me the shipping cost.

Although quality is always great their delivery time frames are never correct so I would add a week on.

I have a print job with Mixam and they are late delivering and not returning my calls. As a self published author with books waiting to be delivered to retailers, I have missed deadlines.

You have finally got in touch through my account, but still have not given me a delivery date, just asked for more information on when my (now cancelled) book launch was.

Kept informed, easy to use web site, competitive pricing and good quality

Printing came out great (there were issues but I think they were my errors) I found understanding and navigating viewing an online proof impossible. It may be me but it didn’t seem straight forward so I had to gamble and just go straight to print. After all the work I put in to make my editing as failsafe as possible I may have noticed the flaws if I had been able to have checked a proof. Impatience on my part mainly. The issues were with page margins that I simply couldn’t get upset about at that stage after all the time I had spent. Also despite numbering my pages in the file name they didn’t seem to upload in the numerical order, this wasn’t important as there was no particular order. This what part of my failsafe layout.
I had spent so long creating the two books that the issues were not significant enough but I am quite chilled, impatient so want it yesterday. Someone else who want exact flawless results may not be as lenient.

I’d say make viewing proofs much easier, maybe to the point it’s a stage you have to go through to complete the order as navigating viewing them simply wasn’t defined for a simpleton such as myself.

The order arrived a day earlier than expected and is up to the usual high standard. although we only wanted around 150 to 200 flyers to promote an event locally, it was cost effective to order 301, as the price did not reduce for smaller quantities.

Excellent print quality.

I thought that they would essentially just print what I sent but they took the time to feedback slight changes to my pdfs to improve the finished product. Took a while for me to get used to the file upload process but in general very happy.

Mixam provide a high quality service from beginning to end. Their ordering process is easy and the advice they give as orders ae placed is useful. The turnaround from placing the order to delivery is speedy and no delivery has ever been late compared with their delivery date estimate. The quality of printing is outstanding and we will continue to use Mixam for all our professional printing needs.
