Very easy process to order and very prompt delivery too

I ordered something on line and was kept informed about its arrival at the store so that I could collect it.

Great service from a superb company. I usually have no problems at all, but on the only one occasion I had due to a delivery company, they sorted me out very quickly. The layers mash I buy is great and my chickens love it.

I always order dog food from moleonline very fast delivery and my dog loves the food

I ordered a number of items on-line but was later told that less than half were in stock. The items (bags of logs) were then delivered with no notification of when they were being delivered, so they were left out in the rain with no one being at home. The tracking service is not available when they use a courier. Poor customer service. Mole Valley stores seem great but the on-line system is not up to scratch and I will not use it in the future.

Been using mole valley for years. Excellent quality dog food and very reasonable price. Easy to order and delivered quick! Very happy as always😜👍

Excellent product and very quick delivery.

It would have been faster to go to the store a get outright, currently no benefits from ordering click and collect time wise, I had been hoping to go in to collect on the same day. once the email arrived saying order ready, I did go to collect,their was confusion as to what happened next, once my order was located the staff we very helpful and helped me load into the car.

Website is so slow and hard to get around to the checkout but a good idea and I did get what I wanted in the end. Mole valley as a shop is a lifeline, of course

Website was easy to navigate, purchase process was very straightforward. Only downside was length of time from initial purchase to confirmation of goods being ready for collection.

I called in at your Piercebridge store to purchase a 5 litre refill of Roundup weed killer expecting to pay the online price of £20.80. When I arrived at the store from Barnard Castle (11.5 miles) I would have had to pay the in store price of £25.99. After returning home empty handed I ordered the same refill product online (to be collected) & collected my order from the same store two days later for £20.80.

Ironically, when collecting the weedkiller, they had the wrong product waiting for collection (including applicator) & replaced the wrong product with the correct 'off the shelf' item; I do despair!!!

Easy to order animal food, delivery was quick, good price.
