I am in the same boat as everyone else. Ordered first week in August, have called multiple times with no response, and now it’s September 26th with no glasses. What is the email address of the company so i can try reaching out that way? I don’t see it on their website...

Wish I could give zero. More than a month and several unanswered emails. Don’t order. Wish I read these before I gave them my money

After waiting a little over a month, I did finally receive my wine shark glass today. I truly was about to give up. But, it is here.

Just like everyone else!! Pretty sure this company is a scam!! I can't get a hold of anyone as well!! Only good thing is that I used Paypal so I know my purchase is protected!

Same as everyone else - It's been over a month and never received the wine glasses and no response from the seller via email or phone. I am on the phone with our credit card company now.

Same as everyone. Ordered mid aug. no glasses and no response. their phone just keeps ringing. calling paypal for refund. bummer.

Same issue as everyone else - ordered the shark wine glass mid August, they took the money and will not respond to emails. Have not received the product and now going to follow up with Paypal.

SCAM Company. I've just escalated my PayPal issue with them since they have never...NEVER NOT ONCE responded to my case and I never received the wineglasses I paid for.

Having read the reviews shortly after ordering the glasses in the middle of August, I became somewhat concerned. I e mailed Molicoco and received a response. Shortly thereafter, towards the end of August I also received a shipping number. Today the glasses arrived intact. One star dropped due to timescale for shipping and cause for concerns due to reviews they have received.

THEY ARE FAKE AND A SCAM...I orderd my shark glasses and they have never sent anything and do not respond to emails. DONT BUY FROM THEM....

As per everyone else. I ordered Shark wine glasses in the first week of August. Nothing since - not even a response to multiple emails.

They charged my card straight away though...

Ordered 2 shark wine glasses on August 05, 2019. Money out of my account within minutes. Its now September 15, 2019. No wine glasses in sight...... yet, I keep getting emails to “rate this product”.......Don’t buy things here. AT ALL! Scam....

I ordered the shark wine glasses on 8/7/19. I received them today 9/13/19. So happy with my purchase. You just have to be patient. They were delivered in perfect shape, with a kind note apologizing for the delay, even though I accidentally gave the wrong address numbers for delivery. I have to admit, I was sceptical due to all the negative reviews. Trust me, give them a chance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, have emailed this company multiple times after waiting months for my order and have gotten 0 responses. Complete rip off, but of course, they made sure to charge my card!

Exactly the same issue as everyone else. Ordered the glasses over a month ago. They charged my card immediately. Got confirmation email but no tracking number. Don’t reply to emails. Pretty sure this is a scam and feel dumb for falling for it but I guess I’m not alone.

My dad also ordered some glasses and had exactly the same issue.

Fake! Scam! Stay away! Won’t respond, nothing ever arrives. Trying to get my money back.

"Purchased" the shark wine glasses, they charged my credit card and the order has never showed up or shown any indication of ever being shipped and its been over a month. They do not respond to emails regarding orders/ order status.

This company is a piece of SH_T. Ripped me off too. Thank goodness my bank is taking care of me. What a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

i disputed with Paypal and finally in response this company provided a FAKE tracking number- GAH!!!! JERKS!!!!!!!! We shall see- I'm NOT givng up and letting them have my money!
NOBODY will ever see a product! It is my understanding, but I could be wrong, all these sales were from a photo of a prototype that does not yet exist! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, I'm so mad at myself for falling for this!

MOLICOCO is a SCAM - do not purchase from them!
Placed an order on August 9th and still have not received my order. I have contacted them using two different emails and now I can't even find the link that I used to place the order - has to be a SCAM!!!!! Fortunately, I used PAYPAL and have filed a claim and complaint. Hope to get my money back. Says they will look into it after 30 days of my claim being filed.
