I have been a patient for over 4 months. I have been in the office 4 times to have impressions for clear aligners (Ortho side) made and have yet to see them . I have left over 4 messages different times. I paid my balance in advance then was told I owed more then went in for a visit paid that amount and was told I owe nothing then. Get a bill for 400 then another for 1200 now another for 1600+. . I left two messages saying I want ALL MY MONEY BACK so I can seek these procedures elsewhere maybe where they care for their patients. I have heard nothing! I want a refund ASAP. I will no longer visit this place. It is the worst ever now do not get me wrong the ladies there are super sweet and very friendly so do not understand why I can’t get a call back or better my money back.
I will update this review as soon as my I get my money back.

Beware of the inplant push. I almost paid 8 grand for one tooth which they said could not be saved. Thank God I got a second opinion which was totally different then what I was told.

There are definitely fake reviews on this site I doubt they have this many positive reviews. My experience with this office is that they're highly unorganized and unprofessional. They have mixed patient files with my children almost tesulting treatement for something that was not required! They were planning to cut my childs upper lip for braces when it was for another patient. Other issues Ive had with this office includes them canceling appointments without notifying us and wasting our time. I just had an appointment changed for which the office didn't communicate and I had taken scheduled time off work. When I called the office to inquire about the change they said the dentist was out of office that day and so they needed to reschedule everyone. When I complained of the short notice about the change they hung up! I am planning to report them to the BBB and any other relevant agencies.

Fantastic experience with Dr.Rawa...he is creative, hard working and innovative with any Dentistry problem.
Recently he made a painless and skillful adjustment to my implant.
I would recommend him to friends and family as his work is without comparison (in my experience)

You can't find a worse place to go for dental work, first it won't get done on your first visit and second, the price they charge for anything is nothing short of criminal

I believe Monarch Dental is a rip off artist. I just tried to get a simple tooth cleaning which I have every year. They tried to charge me over $1300. They are very pushy. My wife and I both had problems with them trying to make us have things done that were outrageously priced and unnecessary. You have been warned. My experience was with the one on Preston Road in Plano, TX.

I rather no stars 1 st of all it took them 6 months to take my teeth out and the 2 times I went I told them I don't want the same dentist taking them out she had my head going back and forth she really hurt me both times then I was to get dentures it's 3 months later I been calling for 2 weeks asking what is taking so long she said we will call u back not once have they called Me back. They keep putting me on hold then to voice mail finally someone answered after I called back 10 times gives me this big story that they don't have the staff and that they r backed up with paper work for 3 months I asked did u put my request into my insurance company she say today after I lots it oh I have right here I do now I said no I will go else's where not have they made me look like this but lieing to me and not responding I balled my eyes out I was trying to go back to school I told them when I get my dentures I like to well now they messed that up I can't do it now till next sign up they r not professional at all playing games with me every appointment they change it cancelled or asked if I come in earlier or later now we make appointments for a reason plz go to someone else they r not a good dentist office morach on Colborne st in no frills plaza

Not only did they overcharge me and my insurance a year later they come back at me with another balance cannot get a hold of anybody to take care of it been trying for over a month it’s the worst customer service and they overcharge I would never go to them please be aware

After 15 years using various locations 2X/year with not much more than cleanings and being very satisfied with their friendly low key approach, with a change in staff was told I needed extensive work ASAP: 4 fillings, 3 crowns, scaling of gums. Second opinion elsewhere said none of this ($8,000+) was necessary. Will not go back.

WORST DENTAL PLACE! TO GET YOUR BUISNESS THEY BOOK RIGHT AWAY BUT FOR THE BRACES UPKEEP APPOINTMENTS THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH THEIR AVAILABILITY IS RIDICULOUS!

Something is not quite right with these people….Something crooked is going on. They are hiding something!!! They give you a very hard time in just receiving statements…then, they give you copies that are not clear with no letter heads and using in-House dental language that customers have no clue about. I am contacting BBB, they really need to be investigated.

DO NOT go to this dental office! Nothing but trouble with every interaction with them!
I received a bill in mail today for services from 2020!
Last year, I received letter that I had a $140+ credit on my account and if I returned letter, a check would be mailed to me. No check, only bill for more money. Office mgr at this location says credit was transferred to Plano location and that location says credit was sent to this location 1/2022. Whose lying?
Our family was notified that our personal info was compromised at this dental office!
In the past, they have made appointments and when we show up at appointment time, I’m told that they changed hours/days.
Very shoddy customer service! They do not deserve 4.7/5 rating!

The dentist are nice and do good work but anytime there is an issue with billing I get the run around. Their statements are unclear and charges are being shuffled between accounts.
I also find it ridiculous that they charge a PPE charge per person in the room on every patient visit. They claim it is for safety because of covid but it is the same sterilization process and masking that they have always done.

I’ve had a horrible experience with Monarch. They are all sweet and helpful until you pay and then you’re on your own. I am in terrible pain and I have called twice this week and they are too busy to see me. They are only seeing patients with tooth pain. I don’t guess I fit the profile. They tried to schedule me for sometime next week.

I've been going to Monarch Dentistry at The Esplanade for over a year, ever since they opened the practice. Have had excellent service from Dr. Bashar, the dental hygienist, and Larna the receptionist. Highly recommend their services.

PATIENTS BEWARE!!! This dental office is charging a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) fee every time you step foot into their office. This is an ADDITIONAL fee aside from your office visit or copayment. And they are not being very informative about it. It is a fee you get at the time of check out/when you get the bill. So, expect a fee for a check up visit, a fee for a cleaning visit, a fee for each dental work visit that follows. Because that’s another thing they do, they plan out numerous visits for you to get done what other dentist accomplish in a one time visit. $$$$

During this very sensitive period of time businesses need to take responsability of the cost it takes to run a business and not add financial burdens on their patients. There are government programs in place right now that are helping many other dentist offices with PPE equipment. I just hope Monarch Dental is not double dipping on benefits (government assistance and patients’ vulnerability).

BEWARE!!!!

Had them yank of my 2,8 tooth for a hour and didn't move, came back and they tried again, couldn't remove it, and asked them for day surgery 5 months ago, and still have the heard nothing from them, maybe time for a lawyer so this company doesn't and won't screw with peoples money again

THE WORST VISIT EVER!!!

Monarch Denta McKinney -Had a very bad experience. If you have a lot of money to shed you can go there. They are not interested to cover the regular procedure plan/cost covered by the insurance, instead, they recommend things that are not necessary, add a bunch of additional ones and state they can only perform what they recommend with the huge cost. The staff is rude to explain the benefits and explain things that are optional. The only answer that they have is either do this or see another doctor. I will not recommend them. If you have lot of money go there.
