Excellent experience with the new management following WeSwap's closure. My remaining holiday funds were refunded promptly and without any hassle. Highly recommend their reliability!

I've waited around two years to get my WeSwap money back. I filled in the form and sent off the identification at the start but heard nothing back. I sent at least two emails chasing it up but heard nothing back. I'd given up ever getting my money back. Just recently I had a new email from Monovate so I sent off the identification again and this time I was paid within a couple of days with no hastle. I don't know what changed but I'm glad to have the money back at last!

I dealt with this company following a third party (WeSwap) insolvency. Monavate was appointed as custodian for the funds and dealt with refunds to customers. Very quick and very friendly customer service, would definitely recommend!

Only had a small amount to reclaim but this was very quick to do and straight forward. One criticism would be that I had no idea that Monovate were handling the administration of WeSwap so I initially thought that the email was a scam until I did some research. This is why I have given four stars not five.

I received an email from Monavate to remind me i had money on a WeSwap card which had closed. The email provided a link to complete a form to process the refund, but i couldn't confirm how much was on the card. A quick reply from the Monovate team suggested i complete the form as much as possible, which i did. The refund was in my bank account by close of play the same day! Friendly team, prompt replies to emails, very efficient process. Thank you!

I was contacted by Monavate 'out of the blue' informing me there was possibly some money in a closed down account from WeSwap - I had forgotten/ didnt know about this!
After completing a form...a few hours later I received a very welcome sum straight to my bank account. Thank you!

The speed with which the transaction was concluded after I made contact

It has taken since October 2024 to eventually get my funds returned from my WeSwap account. I’m not sure how much cash I had in there as it was in Euros and Dollars. Also the WeSwap account closed and I lost access to it and couldn’t see the balances. It was only a few hundred pounds, and Monavate have returned similar. But without a final statement I’m not sure that I have all my funds returned. That said, I’m pleased to get something back from an account I thought was gone.

The service was quick and easy to navigate and the resolution of the refund issue was done quickly.
