Review:⚠️ Avoid Mondial E-Mon Buddy – Poor Service and Battery Failure

I bought a brand-new Mondial E-Mon Buddy scooter. I took it to the service center at the recommended intervals, but they were careless and did almost nothing. When the scooter reached 2000 km, all the batteries were dead.
Although I requested replacement under warranty, it was rejected with the excuse of “no regular service,” even though the service itself failed to keep proper records. Their mistake is unfairly reflected on the customer.
If you’re thinking about buying this scooter — don’t. The service is unreliable, the warranty is meaningless, and the batteries don’t last. If you still insist on buying it, be prepared to spend money on five new batteries soon after.

Free replacement of the defective batteries and an internal review of how Mondial’s service centers handle customer complaints.
