I was greeted and treated so well by the staff. They were very helpful to me on what I needed and helped me get exactly what I needed. They kept in touch daily to re assure what they were doing was correct. On reflection I felt that they gave me better service than anyone else.

I've had several pieces made here, fro intricate gold pieces to custom precious stone settings saying that "I've never been disappointed" would be insulting to both the people with whom I have dealt, and the people behind the scenes. Honestly, I am always rather taken aback when I see the finished piece. I mean, you can't help but be a little nervous that the finished piece might not come out the way you imagined it in your head. But with Mihir's advice, I have been ever so delighted with each and every piece. And the level of service is absolutely faultless.
Mihir has often gone above and beyond to have things finished in time (I am an incurably last-minute sort of person!!), to make last minute changes (again with the last-minute!!) that I didn't think would be possible, and sending finished pieces to me so that I wouldn't have to go out of my way to collect them.

I’ve been to Imran at Monili Jewellers several times now, and once again he has exceeded all expectations. This time, I asked him to create a pendant completely from scratch. He took the time to thoroughly explain the risks involved with cutting the particular stone I wanted, making sure I understood everything before moving forward.

Despite the challenges, Imran and his team handled the piece with incredible skill and care. The final result is absolutely stunning, truly a beautiful, one-of-a-kind pendant. Their craftsmanship, honesty, and attention to detail are unmatched. On top of that, his prices are always fair, which makes the whole experience even better.

I have been visiting Monilis for several years and Mihir is always so helpful finding me exactly what I’m looking for or exploring options that I might be dreaming of. They have lots of amazing jewellery in stock but can and will create the exact piece you want from scratch and in record time. This time I brought two friends who also bought and had rings custom made. All 3 of us are thrilled. I was inspired by a pave eternity ring they had in stock which was spectacular but a bit too big. Mihir had it made exactly how I wanted and checked the size before setting the stones. He also fixed a bunch of jewellery I had with missing stones and broken pieces. A multiple repeat very happy customer 🤩.
