Ordered a jacket online tried on arms too long doesntblook like the picture on the Internet the material is cheap and nasty, i emailed them on numerous occasions and got no reply, eventually got a reply offering me a gift card but no refund or return address would not recommend I'm not happy that I've been messed about and lost my money will not shop here again

Wegen verschiedener Gründe habe ich eine Bestellung am 29.08.2025 zurückgeschickt. Aber bis heute keine Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises erhalten. Als Rücksendeadresse wurde mir eine chinesische Adresse mitgeteilt. Immer wieder wurde ich vertröstet mit der Begründung, man würde die Rücküberweisung vornehmen, sobald die Ware in Ihrem Lager eingetroffen sei.
Trotz Zollformalitäten, die ich ausfüllen musste erfolgte keinerlei Geldrückzahlung.

Terrible, misleading company. The website gives the wrong impression. I thought I was buying a top quality fleece from a Nordic country. In fact they manufacturer and dispatch from China. It took many weeks to get the fleece which was hideous, badly made, thin, synthetic and cheap. Threw it away. They sent me a shit, gold coloured bracelet too - as though that would make my a happy customer with there total pile of crap they eventually sent. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

This is all very odd. I bought 2 jackets, supposedly from a Netherlands company. It turned out to be a scam as many have mentioned. I paid via PayPal and when I check my bank account the payment went to a company named OZYSLEEP!
Has anyone else checked who their money was paid to?
I’ll phone PAYPAL on Monday!

AVOID - Total scam - Chinese company doing a very good job of pretending to be in The UK. Products are awful and cheap. And a free fake gold bracelet thrown in for good measure.

AVOID. This is tantamount to a scam.

Misrepresentation. The product took ages to arrive, web site said delivered even though it wasn't. It was extremely poor quality, made of nylon and bad fitting. Very cheap looking. Web site says returns are to the netherlands but they are refusing to receive at that address and saying it has to be China in 30 days.
Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this Company !! Shipped item from china which arrive late and poor quality. want you to pay return costs even though the items are faulty !!!!

Clothing I bought is cheaply made in China. Swim shorts have no netting and don’t think they will ever be worn.Asked for a refund and was fobbed off. Do not buy from this company

I would not order anything from this company. I looked to see where they were based and it said Netherlands so thought I would get my jacket within a week, wrong it took a month to the day. They would not give a refund, offered a 20% discount on the next order and wait another month probably, no way.

I had no idea this company was based in China - company name etc. suggested Europe as did delivery times. However these times changed after placing order. Due to receiving an incorrect sized item they offered me 20% off anything else I ordered, so I placed an order for a metallic knit jumper. This arrived and is nothing like the item I ordered other than being red. I have asked for a refund but am being ignored.

Sadly I am reading the same experience over and over in the reviews. Shocking quality product and probably never going to get my money back. I went to the effort of checking if they were based in China and it had an address in Netherlands. Only when I tried to return did I realise it had to be sent back to China. My parcel has been sitting in the local dept in China since 12 September 'awaiting payment from recipient' which I am now guessing is not going to happen. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Same fake 'Olivia' emails too. Angry!

I was very very disappointed in this company. The time it took for my jacket to arrive at my home from the time I ordered it was 14 days.

I needed the jacket for last Saturday and as the one I ordered didn’t arrive I had to buy one.

The tracking website was hopeless I didn’t even know the carrier until the postman came this morning.

All in all I was not impressed at all with this company and wouldn’t order from them again.

Size 44 shoes ordered. Shoes recieved had a size 44 label but were closer to size 40. Not fit for purpose.

I would not even give it a 1 star. Poor quality, made of a really horrible polyester material not 100% cotton as I had expected. Dress did not look like the pictures on the website.
I feel that I have been completely conned!

Ordered from here awful quality nothing like the images. Wrote an email and a follow up one but never got a reply back now I’m stuck with awful clothing items that are not need and my money gone. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Do not use this company or any drop shipping company from China . Poor delivery and very very poor quality !
Double check all companies before purchases are made , as this is a prime example of what they provide , which is SH1T !!

Why is whoever still allowing this company to trade? I stupidly did not look at the reviews before placing two orders for my 85 year old mother and no I realise she will probably loose her money. What a SCAM! The website gives you the impression they are either based in the UK or the Netherlands when its China. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THEM
