The website looks a good 10-15 years out of date (and crashed on the two occasions I was browsing it with a 'service unavailable' error message just to make it feel even more ancient!) - as such you'd be forgiven for thinking it's not legit. I was unsure to be honest, but I ordered a high-end graphics card for a lot of money despite being unsure.

But I had no need to fear it turns out! The DHL tracking number wasn't immediately available which caused some nerves, but the order was posted and arrived on time exactly as described.

I can't comment on customer service as everything went smoothly so I had no need to contact them, but yeah... I would advise giving that website a complete overhaul, other than that for my personal experience More Computers were great.

P.S. I haven't been asked for this review or incentivised in any way; apparently More Computers do ask for reviews but I haven't been as of yet unless I missed it.

Good price and fast delivery. Marked down one star for not warning that the product no longer has online support, i.e. the online service that used to be part of how this product works is no longer active. It's not a big issue in this case though because the thing still works.

ordered phone using paypal credit which is nice to have the option instead of klarna or clear pay, but phone was out of stock which is annoying to say the least as now having to wait for the money to be transferred back into my account, this could all be solved with better stock checks, but they were very quick to let me know the ins and outs of the situation so can't fault them on there customer service, would use the service again but beware of potential hassle.

Bought a slim Standivarius wireless keyboard. It arrived really quickly (just one day) and was well packaged. The item works well and is really good quality. Would gladly shop here again for future hardware needs :-)

- Price of item seemed competitive
- On arrival I discovered the item was not brand new as it had clearly been used
- My circumstances meant that it was impractical to pursue a refund or exchange
- Whether as a result of poor quality control or deliberate cynical 'sharp practices',
the transaction left me with a very negative impression of the company

First let me acknowledge that allowing for prominent customer reviews of the experience they have when dealing with your company is commendable. And the fact that you have responded to a less than glowing assessment the experience on this occasion is appreciated.

My decision to make my purchase from your company was definitely influenced by my ability to be informed by the reviews shared here. For this reason, in light of the response 'More Computers' have provided, I feel compelled to ensure there is no room for ambiguity and the record is made crystal clear.

The item I received had the 'tell tell' signs of metal on metal having been previously, 'tightly', assembled - a black finish on metal is notorious for exposing the inner material in these instances! This was clearly evident. So much so, that I immediately took pictures within minutes of the item being delivered! And while there is no upload facility in this forum, I can make them available if requested.

As I have already stated, while disappointed, circumstances meant pragmatism dictated that I kept the item, and that will remain the case. Therefore, I have no vested interest in anything other than making sure that MY ACCOUNT OF MY EXPERIENCE is in no way misunderstood or possibly misrepresented in anyway!

I ordered a power supply. It came next day - all brand spanking new and factory sealed. Perfect item and service. And what a bargain. I will shop again with morecomputers.

Got my RTX 3050 on time and nothing of concern.

Cheapest reputable seller I could find online for what I wanted. My order arrived next working day by DPD with a 1 hour delivery slot. No complaints and will be a return customer.

I spent a long time searching for the best deal online. I had never heard of More Computers however when I found them they were offering the same item service as everybody else but much cheaper. The company were easy to deal with, the delivery was fast and the product was perfect. Next time I will start my search with More Computers.

Having used them on previous occasions and being pleased with the service I looked, once more, to see if I could source a headset lead from them.
These items aren't straightforward to buy as there are loads of different specifications and varieties.
I spoke to one of their advisors on the phone (Danny) who was extremely helpful and polite and I ordered one - it arrived the following day - post free and well priced and securely packaged.
Unfortunately I now know I ordered the wrong part (it really was my own fault for not investigating more) ... so I returned the item straight away and emailed them and received a refund straight away.
Incredibly good service. I would deal with them again without hesitation (and would hope to order the right part next time).
