Update.

I was contacted by a lady named Jenny who acknowledged the issues and agreed that there had been some difficulties with my order and that the experience I was having was not something they wanted their customers to go through.
She managed to provide correct information regarding delivery dates etc and was very apologetic. I finally received my second carpet on Friday. Jenny called today and as a gesture of goodwill she is going to refund the cost of the carpet.
Based on my interactions with Jenny alone I wanted to update my review to a more positive one.

I ordered two carpets on 2 September, both due for delivery on 8 September. We emptied my disabled daughter's bedroom ready for them, as she requires the space for her equipment, including a hoist system.

Only one carpet arrived.

The seller has repeatedly maintained that both carpets were dispatched. However, DX has provided me with evidence showing only ONE item was dispatched to them, as well as evidence that they attempted to contact the seller about the issue and received no response.

After a lot of back and forth, a replacement was finally arranged and I was assured it would arrive by 18 September. I'm now being told it won't arrive until the 21st, supposedly because I live in a "remote location". I live in Perth & Kinross, and strangely enough, DX managed to deliver the first carpet to exactly the same address!

What frustrates me most is the complete lack of accountability. This wasn't originally a courier losing the second carpet — the evidence I've received from the courier indicates they were only given one.

My daughter has now been without proper use of her bedroom since 7 September, and instead of resolving the situation promptly, I've had contradictory explanations, repeated delays and suggestions that they might consider a "gesture of goodwill" once the carpet eventually arrives.

I've now submitted a formal complaint and Subject Access Request because I want to see the records supporting their repeated claim that two carpets were dispatched.

An incredibly stressful and disruptive experience. I certainly wouldn't order from this company again.

Ordering was easy, price was good, product was delivered fast and carpet is good, overall good experience!

I am very pleased with the flooring,it looks good and when people visit they tell me the how good it looks.

Bought Lino flooring from this so called flooring company 6meter x 2metre my plan was to Lino the kitchen and hall way but when flooring was sent on the packing it was 6mx2m
So unpacked and was 2mx1m so contacted seller there was a mistake and they said I had cut it and put down I only unpacked it no refund no help from eBay discussting company do not use ripping people off online word of warning

Had a bit of an issue with the last order due to the courier (first order was perfect) but it was rectified.

Jenny went above and beyond to resolve the situation.

Had an issue with a hot pink carpet badly fading purchased 2 years ago on eBay contacted the company and their customer services manager gave me a very nice surprise today with a goodwill gesture thank you even though disappointed with having to replace the carpet, clear the room, pay to refit etcthese things happen and in all fairness they have made a contribution to a new carpet it’s pay to remain polite as company’s need time to review but will definitely repeat purchase with this company again thanks
