Finding great housing in France as a foreigner is one of those very hard things. It's very tedious and bureaucratic.

MorningCroissant solves this massive problem. I've used them 4 times to find housing and the experience has always been very smooth and fast.

Previously I attempted other alternatives and it just wasn't working.

I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for housing.

J'ai eu une bonne expérience avec le service client de MorningCroissant. Avec l'aide d'Alix et de Maxence, j'ai pu trouver le logement pour mon court séjour et finaliser la procedure. Maintenant il ne rest à y'habiter dedans!

Expérience très satisfaisante avec MorningCroissant.
Personnels très sympas et réactifs, ils sont à l'écoute du locataire et trouvent des solutions à tout souci.

Qui demande une garantie superieure au montant du loyer ...(1100e)
Le proprietaire n' encaissant pas le depot de garantie 800 e ...pour un loyer de 800 e !
Cherchez l ' erreur..

Équipe tres pro, ils sont a l écoute de leur clients et surtout tres réceptifs. Je voyage beaucouo et depuis que j ai decouvert morning croissant c est plus possible d 'aller voir ailleurs. Bonne continuation. CHAOUKI

Je vis à l'étranger. J'ignorais comment gérer mon appartement en France. Je cherchais un prestataire susceptible de m'aider. Magalie, une commerciale n'a pas ménagé sa peine pour me renseigner sur toutes les possibilités offertes par Morning croissant en vue de m'aider à gérer mon bien dans les meilleures conditions, à distance. Satisfaite de tous ses conseils, je l'en remercie encore !

Tous a marché bien, en ligne et vite. Ca m’aidé beaucoup parce que je n‘ai eu le temps et je n‘ai été en France avant louer. Les personnes qui travaille ici sont tres gentilles aussi, mais les prix ne sont vraiment pas les meillieurs. En fait je paye presque un double de les prix pour des appartements normaux de la même categorie. Si on n‘est pas rich je conseille chercher autrement.

We just moved to Lyon, France. Renting our apartment was done on-line with Morning Croissant. THEY WERE SPECTACULAR! Moving to another country is never easy and renting an apartment with only pictures to go by can be scary. Don't be scared, MORNING CROISSANT WILL HELP YOU LIKE THEY DID US!!! Our apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location!

We want to thank MorningCroissant (especially Carine and Baptiste) for finding nice accommodation in Boulogne Billancourt. During our two months stay the communication and service was great with MorningCroussant and Welkeys team.

Franchement bluffé par l’efficacité, deux logements trouvés pour mes employés pour un mois dans 2 villes différentes en quelques jours, et super implication de l’équipe qui m’a appelé au tél plusieurs fois pour m’aider à finaliser les locations, je recommande vivement !!

I had a great experience!

I only had a few days before my arrival in Paris. I am staying for a month due to contract work and once I applied for an apartment, I was sent a personal customer service rep. Gaulthier was incredibly helpful, he told me the documents I needed to provide and helped ensure my application was expedited before they close on the weekends. I will 100% be renting through this platform anytime I am staying in Paris. I honestly do not have any negative feedback for this platform. Thank you again Gaulthier!
