I had a very disappointing experience with MORROW+MINT customer service and returns.
I returned two nursing bras and clearly requested exchanges for two replacement bras. My original request specifically listed both replacement items.
Despite reiterating multiple times in writing that I had returned TWO bras and expected TWO replacements, the company only shipped one item. The support team repeatedly misunderstood my request, and the confusion continued even after I clarified it again on May 20.
What was most frustrating was that the company later acknowledged there had been a misunderstanding on their end, yet still failed to properly resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. Because of the repeated errors and poor communication, I requested a full refund instead of continuing with the exchange process.
According to their stated return policy, refunds are accepted, but my refund request was denied even after the exchange was mishandled by their team. I was also left having to pay for a return label for the single replacement item they sent.
The products themselves may be nice, but the customer service and handling of returns/exchanges were extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially postpartum when I needed a simple exchange handled correctly the first time.
