Bought a pair of shoes a half-size larger than my actual and was was advertised as wide. Could not get my foot into them.

No Refund
Bought a pair of shoes, the shoes were too narrow and small. Reached out to the company and was told to keep the shoes, send $35 and they would send me the correct size. Emailed them back that I wanted a refund, and no response. This company is a SCAM, do not buy from them.

Scam
The company totally got my first order wrong. They told me to keep the shoes and maybe gift them to someone, but I should send them $35 and they would send the correct shoes. Well they did, but the shoes did not fit. I reached out to them again and they told me the same thing...keep the shoes but send them $35 and they would send another size. What?!? So I've spent $105 for 2 pair of shoes that my husband cannot wear and they want $35 more to send another pair that possibly won't fit either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL GRIFTERS.

I ordered a pair of shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes, paid for them upfront as asked. They were supposedly shipped out on October 3rd. Now it's November 19 th and still no shoes. When inquiring, I get the same answer... they are on the way. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed!

Purchased a pair of shoes and asked customer service for instructions to return item. They sent me an email telling me to take a picture of the label on end of shoe box and forward to them. I did just that have tried many times to send the picture of the label and every time the email comes back as undeliverable. Was able to contact once but never again. Total scam

Refund Policy
The company has a 100% guarantee refund policy but they do not follow it. I ordered a pair of shoes in my normal size. They were too big both in length and width. The company wanted me to pay $35 and they would send another pair. They refused to refund my purchase price unless I paid them more money. BEWARE!
