Motivatept Reviews

I hired a PT from Motivatept to come to my home and give 1-1 personal training. After an initial interview to discuss my wants and needs they sent Alazne. She is outstanding as a PT. She is calm but encouraging, firm but fair and a very pleasant person indeed to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody looking for personal training. She thinks carefully about my sessions and plans to make them as useful as possible, while at the same time making them fun. Her advice and experience have been invaluable. Due to some personal issues I plan to pause my PT sessions but that is not a reflection on her - she is excellent.

I really enjoy the encouraging attitude that I have been experiencing!
Bea greatly balances between friendly approach, professional manner and keeping energy high, one always feel heard and appreciated. Kira's hard work and overall vision of the business promotes supportive atmosphere and inspire to achieving more. Thank you, ladies.

It’s being a pleasure to work with MotivatePT, very professional ! I really recommend MotivatePT!

I have been working with Motivate since last summer.I am having a great experience!
They are really professional with trainers and clients . It’s the best company I have been working as Personal trainer. I am working in a gym too and I do not have as much support as I have with Motivate .
My focus is on training my clients and they taking care of all the rest .
Great company to work for .

I’ve been working with Motivate PT since 2018 and I’ve seen this company growing and improving. Kira and her team always been there available to help. I’m very grateful for being in this team for such a long time.

Amazing company to work for. Very organised and they really care about wellbeing and fitness.

I would recommend them to any trainer, they are the best wellness brand I’ve worked for with a large group of talented PT’s on their team.

I am lucky to be part of this team. They supported me with any questions and is so easy to navigate through their website. As a trainer I only want to focus on my clients not on the admin part, and they do that for me. I highly recommend it!

Sham of a business. Do not engage. Zero transparency of how their business is run and do not offer clients the option to train in trainers homes when trainers are ok to do this. They are miss selling their service as they do not explicitly say this is a service that you can only train in your own home. Wasted time booking an appointment and met with zero customer service.

As a personal trainer at MotivatePT, I’m impressed by the amazing support and professionalism here. Kira is fantastic at helping us develop our skills, while Bea is incredibly supportive, always providing great advice and ensuring we have everything we need.

The team is well-organized, and their systems make everything seamless, from matching clients with trainers to managing scheduling and follow-ups. It’s a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels valued. I’m really happy to be part of MotivatePT and highly recommend it!

I have have the privilege of working as a personal trainer for MotivatePT, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company is highly professional, offering a supportive environment for both trainers and clients. They truly care about the well-being of their clients, ensuring that each person receives personalized and high-quality fitness programs. The team is always accessible and responsive, which makes a real difference in delivering the best results. It's great to be part of an organization that is making a positive impact on women's lives!

I have worked for MotivatePT for many years now and can say that they operate with integrity. They constantly look for ways to add value to their customers experience and strive to help their trainers perform at the highest possible standard.

I would really recommend Motivate to trainers who love what they do and want to focus on the training and clients aspects of their business as much as possible. Motivate have been brilliant in communication, level of support and guidance and are very professional and fair. Would highly recommend.

Motivatept wins a solid five stars in my book! It is the most profession PT program I have worked with, and Alessia the best PT that I have ever had. The staff and administration are quick to respond and appear devoted to helping people better themselves. I am moving temporarily but look forward to being back, hopefully with Alessia! Highly recommended :)

I have been training with Motivate PT for almost a year - I initially signed up when I was 3 months post partum. The website and subscription model work well and I have online sessions with Uliana. My preference would have been to have face to face sessions but the online sessions actually work really well and I can do them from the comfort of my home which saves me time. I was unsure where to start, having been very active prior to having my baby, and I wanted to get back into shape quickly. Uliana listened to my goals, helped me to slow things down and focus on the right things to ensure I avoided injury. Uliana has helped me to regain my strength and achieve my fitness goals in a supportive, sustainable and professional manner. I look forward to our weekly sessions! Thank you!

I started working with the company in early February and the level of professionalism and genuine desire to help their PT's grow their client base is really way above any other business I've worked with in this industry.
They set out vey clearly what they expect of you and the high standards they want you to work within. If you are organised and have a similar mind set then this is really helpful because you have a framework to guide you and you understand what is expected.
The on line portal that both PT's & clients use, is slick and straight forward and allows you to clearly organise your week and for clients to see when sessions are.
Kira & Bea are also really focused on making sure clients are happy and will work with you closely to work out any issues or manage any requests. As it's Kira's own business she is passionate and really focused on the small details that make it stand out from others, something you don't get in larger corporations.
My experiences with Motivate have all been really positive and I would definitely recommend if you want to feel valued as a PT or as a client.

MotivatePT is a very professional company with high standards and I feel proud to be part of it. The concept is great, and I have gained many long term clients thanks to Motivate which I am very grateful for. The trainer/client portal is very professional and easy to use. My role is flexible and ideal for me as I can focus on delivering sessions to my clients which is what I love doing and want to spend my time doing. And I know that should I need any kind of support the team is always just a phone call away. Thank you!!

I have had the privilege of working for this outstanding fitness company for a substantial period, and I must say, it has been a rewarding journey. I truly appreciate working with Motivate PT because it's a professional environment that values growth and constantly strives to improve, providing me with opportunities to enhance my skills and understanding of fitness and wellness.

Moreover, the company's values align closely with my own, particularly their focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle and making a positive impact on the community.

I highly recommend them as an employer of choice for anyone looking to thrive in a supportive and dynamic, friendly work environment. I am grateful for the opportunities and experiences I have gained while working here, and I look forward to many more years of growth and success with this exceptional organisation.

MotivatePT is a great company. They are very professional and are always there to help with whatever I need. They are always there to support me and working with them is making me become better everyday. Great concept and lovely team. Would absolutely recommend it to everybody!

Really enjoying working with Motivate!
Kira and Bea are friendly, professional and really encouraging. They have high standards and apply them fairly, across the business and to themselves.
The company provides an excellent tech platform that makes client management super easy and ensures you always look polished. Processes and expectations are laid out clearly with lots of support available to make sure you understand them.
The clients I am working with are lovely and eager to train and get results!
I would highly recommend them as a company to work for.

I can't express enough how thankful I am to be part of the Motivate PT team! I have been with Motivate PT since 2020 and it has been a dream working with them. Kira is an amazing role model and has always been so supportive of me which I really appreciate. I have had the opportunity to be on BBC radio, interviews with Sheerluxe and representing Motivate PT at many events! Being part of this team it really encourages me to be the best personal trainer I can be. We are a very strong team and Kira is always looking for new ways to help us grow as a trainer and a team. I am a full time personal trainer and I am fully booked - something that I would struggle to be able to do without Motivate and the amazing clients I have gained from them. Alongside Kira I also have to thank the amazing Bea - she's always such a please to work with and always so helpful. Honestly 5stars isn't enough- I wish I could give more!! Thank you Motivate PT for helping me achieve my dream of becoming a full time personal trainer!
