I recently bought Toyota RAV4 from Motoreltd and was told before purchasing that it had a full service history.After the purchase ,I checked the service history and found that the most recent service record was not available.When I contacted the company about this,they confirmed that the latest history was not available.
Since buying the car,we have also experienced several issues.The left hand headlight stopped working, When we spoke to the company they said it is not covered by the warranty ( we found the light was not working on our way back) and the forward-facing camera has malfunctioned. Before we went to buy the car, we asked if there are any issues. but they said no.When we went their they simply mentioned about this malfunction and reduced some amount of money saying it is a simple work.
We now having to contact different garages to investigate and sort out these problems,which has involved waiting for appointments and dealing with unexpected inconvenience.
Buying a car should give you peace of mind,but unfortunately this experience has caused us a lot of stress and uncertainty. We specifically relied on being told that the car had a full service history when making our decision to purchase.
I am really disappointed with the experience and would strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a car from Motorexe Ltd please think thousands of times. I don’t want anyone to have that horrible experience.
Now they do not answer phone calls or do not reply emails. Very unprofessional.

Great experience to be honest. Ended up guided towards buying a car which totally suited my lifestyle. Beautiful motor! And we’re very honest through the whole process.

Do not go anywhere near! Had an awful experience a few months back. Bought a car on finance & they put a new MOT on it. We took it for a recall locally & they gave it a look over. They said no way it should’ve passed an MOT! Among other things the exhaust was held up with a cable tie. I refused the car & returned it a week later. It took a lot of calls & 3 weeks later they finally repaid the finance company. But this affected my credit file. Avoid would be my advice.

I bought a car from motorexe though Carfinance247 4 months ago.I paid them £1000 for delivery £1000 deposit and £270 administrative fees.It was a2015 black outlander Mitsubishi HY65UGD.The day this vehicle arrived at my door i refused it right away.The bonnet had more chips than a fish supper.scratch and dents everywhere.Broken back seat belt and back boot door card smashed.no jack nothing.Opened the bonnet and mice nests and engine bay full of sand.Car was meant to have a full service 😡😡😡😡Motonovo the lenders upheld my complaint and motorexe admitted liability.They now have the car back and would you believe it??? The car is up on their website for sale in the same condition I sent it back.Motonovo did ask if i would get an estimate to sort the trouble with car out,I left car with a reputable body shop and the quote came back At £6100😡😡😡motorexe said they could have had it sorted for under £1000 but yet they haven’t as it still has broken seat belt,broken back door card and chips and scratches,Sorry they cleaned the tyres.Now motorex are refusing to pay my £2270 back and won’t reply to emails or text and phone calls? So yes horrible company to send a car and charge me at the same time.I have pictures and videos if needed
