Your ideal car, from a reputable dealer at an amazing price
This was my first significant purchase using the Blue Light Card scheme, and I was initially sceptical because the offer seemed almost too good to be true. After extensive research and checking reviews, I was reassured by the company's long trading history, transparency, and positive reputation.
Before committing, we carefully reviewed the terms and conditions and raised several queries. The staff were patient, open, and provided clear, verifiable answers to every question, which gave us confidence in the process.
Thanks to the Blue Light discount, I've been able to order a car I've wanted for years, built to my exact specification and at a price that would normally have been beyond my reach. The ordering process differs from buying through a traditional dealer, but the delivery timescales and terms were explained clearly throughout.
While the terms and conditions could perhaps be refined in places, none of our concerns ultimately proved to be an issue. Overall, the advantages far outweighed any reservations, and my experience has been extremely positive.
If you're considering using this service, don't assume they only offer stock vehicles. In many cases, you can order exactly what you want to your own specification. Genuine opportunities to make savings like this are rare, and I'm glad I decided to take the plunge.

No problems at all
No problems at all. I was a little sceptical about the discount at first, but it was completely genuine. I received a call from Julian, who explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. He then sent me an order form with all the details for me to check over. Everything was exactly as expected, so I decided to go ahead and order the car. I’m now just waiting for delivery, but so far the whole process has been smooth and straightforward. Very happy with the service so far!

Ordering a new car with Motor Source Group
This review relates to the early stages of ordering a car through Motor Source Group (MSG). I have not used MSG before, so it was a whole new experience to buy a car in this way. During my initial phone call, the process was explained and I was made to feel comfortable before being passed on to the Sales Advisor, Lewis Chapman. He was extremely personable and it was an absolute pleasure to speak with him. Lewis was careful to ensure that the specification of the car I wanted was noted before making enquires in their pool of dealerships. As there was nothing available, Lewis took my order and submitted it to the manufacturer and allocated a named delivery contact who will contact me in due course. In summary, buying a car through MSG makes huge savings compared to going through retail garages, the process as outlined to me is simple and the support particularly from Lewis is nothing short of First Class. As I said at the beginning, it only the start of the process, but I am most impressed.
