David McGuiness, a founding member of Moveli and a qualified surveyor, with many years of experience in the London housing market, always demonstrated the highest standards of professionalism, client empathy and ser vice that we found lacking in other agents. He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.

David was so easy to work with and incredibly communicative. He really made the entirety of our house sale seamless and I would recommend David to anyone wanting that personal, small business touch. It felt like he cared more about our outcome than some of the larger estate agents.

Having used Moveli on two occasions to sell properties, we couldn't fault them. Very reassuring in their professionalism, personable, and always available by email or phone when needed. David was simply amazing! He sold my penthouse in London. This was not a basic property, it had unique features and appealed to a certain type of buyer. The likes of Foxtons could not attract that clientele. It was a flat in a block of flats which had the usual fire safety issues like cladding etc. David fully understood the issue- and also the progress made (EWS1 issued)- and could explain the situation well to a buyer. He was moving things along and invested a lot of personal time to make sure things were progressing and to get the deal done. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past. David is exceptional- and goes hundredfold above and beyond what others do. I can highly recommend him (and have recommended him to others who also successfully sold through him).

David is smart, hugely hard working, and well-plugged in. He absolutely nailed it with the sale of our flat. So we also employed him for the sale of my deceased brother's property.

We found the bespoke service provided by David (Dec23) to sell our property exceeded our expectations. Rather than showing many people our property in the hope that some would be interested, David would filter interested parties, only showing them our property if they had funds available; were serious in their intentions and would work with the time constraints. Compared to other estate agents who tended to be passive with the conveycing process, David would liaise with all of the solicitors and agents involved, to push exchange and completion. I was recommended Moveli by a friend and from day one I had complete faith that David was the right man for the job. Despite a difficult selling environment, he constantly found new leads, kept us updated and ultimately helped us exchange. A bespoke service that removed (almost all!) the stress from the experience.

Sharon came in with a clear, intelligent sales strategy that my partner and I could immediately understand and get behind. She repositioned the property properly, arranged superb photography that showed it at its best, and focused on attracting the right buyers rather than just generating noise. The impact was immediate. I had the most fabulous agent, Caroline Ryan, dealing with the sale of my flat. I was so lucky! Caroline really knows what she is doing and built a great rapport with both me and the buyer, meaning that information was shared and things progressed well.
It wasn't an easy sale, but Caroline was always positive and reassuring. Communication is so important and I knew what was going on every step of the way. In the past I have had to chase agents for information but Caroline kept me up to date.
