Great product
Great product, good quality. I don’t know what wizardly stuff is going on but it is always cool and my dog loves it. He is a medium sized cocker spaniel and I got him a large size which is plenty big enough for him to stretch out on with room left over. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars is the delivery was quite slow which was frustrating as it was dispatched quickly so it missed the very hot bit of the heatwave. Glad I’ve got it now though and would very much recommend.

We’re sorry that the delivery took longer than expected, especially during the heatwave. We understand how important timing can be during hot weather, and we appreciate your patience.

I’ve tried to use gel mats in the past and the dog simply ignored them. Our dog absolutely loves his mat and goes and sleeps on it every day.

Easy and quick transaction
Easy and quick transaction. I made the mistake of not checking the measurements but the large fits in our dogs crate well. Will probably order the next size up for when he likes to stretch out. Happy, cooler pup 🐶

The cool mat is so much better than the gel ones
Delivery did take longer than I expected, but communication was great.
My dog was unsure at first and wouldn't lie on the cool mat, but since he has then he uses it a lot - I even checked the temperature after he got up and it didn't feel hot, like the wooden floor after he's led there. So really glad with the purchase.

Hi,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience!
We’re happy to hear that your dog eventually warmed up to the cooling mat and is now using it regularly. Some pets need a little time to get familiar with a new texture or resting spot, so we’re glad he discovered how comfortable it can be.
We also appreciate your feedback about the delivery time and communication. Our cooling mat works by dissipating heat from your dog’s body, helping provide a cooler resting surface without needing to be refrigerated.
Thank you again for your support — we’re so glad you and your dog are happy with the purchase!
St Bernard approved
Bought this in the heatwave not sure how it works and wasn’t sure my dog would sit on it but she loves it and sleeps on it all day. Got at discount too so very pleased and so is Wednesday. Also the biggest size is plenty big enough for a St Bernard

Hi Mrs Roberta,
Thank you for sharing your experience!
We’re glad to hear that your cat has started exploring the bed. Some cats need a little more time to feel comfortable with a new sleeping spot. You can try placing a familiar blanket or toy inside, adding some treats, or leaving the bed in a quiet area where your cat already likes to relax.
We hope your cat soon discovers it as a cozy new favorite place!
Great car beds
Product well made and dogs seem to love it. Purchased 2 beds and they are comfortable - ideal in the car or if away as a dog bed.

Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for sharing your feedback!
We understand that some dogs may need a little time to get used to a new cooling mat. Here are a few tips that may help encourage your dog to use it:
- Place the mat in your dog’s favorite resting spot.
- Add a familiar blanket or toy on top to make it feel more inviting.
- Try offering treats or praise when your dog lies on the mat.
- Leave it available during warmer parts of the day so your dog can choose to use it when needed.
Please also note that our cooling mat works by dissipating heat from your dog’s body rather than feeling ice-cold like a chilled mat.
We hope these tips help your dog enjoy the cooling comfort of the mat!

Mr Fluffy Friend Cool Mat
I ordered Mr Fluffy friend Cool mat for my dog.
The cool mat is good but my dog won’t go anywhere near it. He sniffed it and walked away.
The order process and delivery was also good, however I am returning it as my dog won’t use it.

Hi Jan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the ordering process and delivery. We're sorry the cooling mat wasn't a good match for your dog. Some dogs need a little time to get used to a new type of mat, while others simply have their own preferences.
We appreciate your honest feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
Great service
Great service my dog loves it. It is lovely and cool. I also put a water bottle underneath it with cold water in as well.

Hi Mrs. Williams,
Thank you so much for your wonderful review!
We're delighted to hear that your dog loves the cooling mat and that it's helping keep them comfortable. It's great to know you've found a setup that works well for your pup.
We hope your furry friend enjoys many cool and relaxing naps!
Seems like a lovely mat but…shame my dogs don't think so
Seems like a lovely mat but unfortunately neither my dogs want to lie on it. I'm having to keep it due to the fact that one of the requests to return is that the product mustn't show any signs of pet hair, which is difficult considering the dogs have sniffed at it etc. which of course means there will be dog hair somewhere on it.
That said, the quality does seem very good.

Hi Caitlin,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that the cooling mat wasn't a hit with your dogs, although we appreciate your kind words about its quality. Every dog has their own preferences, and some simply take a little longer to get used to a new resting spot.
If you ever have questions about whether your item meets the return conditions, our support team is always happy to help.
Thank you again for your honest review, and we wish you and your dogs all the best.
