Msofas Reviews

Great experience with msofas.
Delivery team professional and helpfull.
I can recommend Msofa....

Easy to order and the 4-6wk delivery was actually more like 3wks. The delivery was easy and took about 10mins. The I ly downside was we ordered and then the sofa was on half price immediately after.

Hands down the best business we've dealt with in the last few years, everything was perfect from start to finish. We first ordered samples for the upholstery materials, and then went to Halifax to see the sofas in person. The one we had our hearts on wasn't available in the show room, but the expert help of Suzanna, we were able to make a decision. She has an excellent manner with customers and went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our many questions, helping us measure, imagine proportions and giving us advice regarding upholstery, pull out mechanisms and softness. She wasn't pushy at all, but was very knowledgeable. We made the purchase online after taking our time to decide on exact model, there was a glitch on the website, and although it was 10pm the HUMAN live chat were there and managed to help us. I was so impressed with the quick reaction and the fact that it's manned by real people! Kudos to them as well. Our sofa was ready only 2 weeks after we purchased, unfortunately we weren't able to accept the order immediately so Msofas kept it for us a bit longer. Delivery was perfect, the two chaps (I regret not taking their names, but one was Polish, the other Czech) were so kind and funny, they made everything even better! Very hard working and precise. Finally the sofa itself - oh, a thing of beauty! Comfort level far exceeds anything you can get in other furniture stores, and quality is exceptional, especially at this price point. I cannot recommend Msofas enough. Thank you guys, you have been excellent and we love our sofa

Patryk and Bolek, who delivered the sofa, were incredibly nice and professional; they assembled it very quickly, and it looks beautiful. It was a pleasure spending a few moments with them.

A massive thank you to Jan and David for an absolute 5-star service today! They arrived promptly, worked with fantastic efficiency, and assembled our new corner sofa flawlessly.

Beyond their top-notch craftsmanship, they were exceptionally friendly, polite, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It's rare to find such high-quality assembly paired with genuinely brilliant customer service.

Very good, high quality sofa and customer service!
Zuzanna was amazing in helping out to get the right fabric (it is so soft and plush) and also to get it delivered ASAP (as we had sold our existing sofa).
The delivery team (Adam and Robert) were extremely polite, efficient and walked me through every aspect of the sofa, storage and helpline number should I need it. Most importantly, the wife absolutely loves it! I would use Msofas again without hesitation.
